It was a nice gesture from Isaac to give a welcome hi when we arrived late at night at the cottage. The tips and and suggestions for attractions in the region helped us plan our itinerary better too. Best of all, we liked that he bought food for our breakfast! The cottage is lovely, neat and cosy. There were board games and toys for little kids, which certainly came in handy. The kitchen was organised and made cooking and washing up a breeze. Bathroom and toilet were modern and bath tub spacious enough. The bedrooms were comfortable though the bed was too soft for our liking; it's more of a personal preference than a complain. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for us and Isaac and Sarah were enthusiastic and prompt about answering our queries. Highly recommended for families planning to stay in the Swan Valley region!
It was a very pleasant stay for my family. The cleanliness is remarkable. My wife works in hospitality industry and she vouch that the cleanliness is impressive. Cottage also provides toys for all age groups. This came in handy as my daughter was down with fever during first few days of my stay. The games are thoughtfully selected. Children dvds are also provided. Isaac and Sarah are also generous with the provision of fruits and food to start the holidays. I will definitely stay there again when I visit Perth, and will recommend it to friends looking for a holiday cottage in Perth.
The cottage is lovely & great, far above my expectation. it's much better than those so call 4 star or 5 star hotel in the city center.
It was a great experience staying at Isaac's place. We met him and his wife at the door and they were very gracious and helpful. The house was even nicer in real life. It was clean and very new! It was very thoughtful of them to provide breakfast essentials. My 4 year old son loved staying here because it was so child friendly. There were toys to keep him entertained and also kid cutlery. I already recommended them to my friends and family!
They included the extra like coffee, tea biscuits, milk and even breakfast the next day. Unit is as described, actually even better. Loved it will certainly return. The hosts are lovely people. Very impressed
I stayed in this lovely beautiful home for 3nights. Isaac met me when I arrived to show me around & how to work all the appliances. He also showed us a map of where to visit around The area. The unit is very private, clean & comfy with everything you need or want. Big TV, beautiful garden, toys for my Iil one (he was very happy to see that when we arrived) & the bed was amazingly comfortable. Fabulous bathroom & shower & good heating. Fabulous place for you to go around Swan Valley, literally everything is just so convenient to nearby shopping centre, few minutes drive to all visitor areas & all are so amazing. You got to experience it yourself! Me and my family really love staying at Isaac and Sarah home. My family and I are looking forward to staying again! Thank you for having us!
We had a lovely girls weekend away in the Swan Valley. When we arrived Sarah and Isaac came out to meet us and showed us around the cottage and how everything worked, they were very lovely and helpful and insisted if we needed anything they were just a phone call away. The cottage itself is wonderful, new and immaculate. We were also provides with bacon and fresh eggs from their chickens for breakfast the following morning along with some other staples which was a lovely touch. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed including a cosy fireplace which we took advantage of on the cold nights. I would highly recommend a stay at Avonlee Cottage, you won't be disappointed.

This was really good value with private bathroom, lounge and bedroom with a small kitchenette. Keith kindly let us use his kitchen when we needed it. Keith and his wife were extremely hospitable but also gave us privacy. The linen was luxurious and there were lovely restaurants nearby. My husband really enjoyed body surfing at the beach just 5 minutes away via car.

Prompt response and very straightforward check-in and out. The place is as described, clean and in a very quiet (and I definitely would say safe) neighbourhood. The house is big enough for a large family, with 2 convenient bathrooms, and a full kitchen. Close enough to Fremantle, and there is a large shopping mall within 5 mins drive. I would recommend this place if you have a car (very easy location to get to by car) and if you want a base outside Perth city, yet being close enough to it.

I had a great stay with Weidong! He made me feel very welcome and was very helpful. The room is in a new build bungalow. Everything is brand new, modern, very clean and comfortable. The house is situated in a good and quiet neighbourhood. There is a bus stop just 3 minutes walk away and Bull Creek Train Station is also only 10 minutes walk away. I was planning on staying 3 nights only but extended to 5 nights. It was a real relaxing and pleasant stay. The room is exactly like shown in the pictures (actually even nicer :-)). Wei Dong is a hard working person and a nice host. Although initially he came 15mins later, he was apologetic and humble and welcomed me and endeavoured to make me feel comfortable. The room is as described on the listing, simplistic, neat, tidy and very comfortable to use. The kitchen is adequate to make small and simple meals. To me it is good value - for the conveniences available and also the location. Will definitely consider coming back again! Thanks Wei Dong!
The location was perfect very near to Bull Creek Station only took 5 - 10 minutes walking. The room was so private and the neighbourhood was calm. Got parking lots infront of the house too. The room was clean and got everthing inside there. The host was nice and immediately responsed to our enquiries. Thank you for the great place to stay.

Overall is a great place to stay
The house is situated close to some cafes that are amazing and IGA is just 1 km away. Wifi is incredibly good we managed to watch some movies online! If shopping is something you will like to do, garden city is close proximity away.
We stay couple of days in Weidong's place. It's very clean and comfortable. His unit is just 700meters away from Garden City shopping centre. I definitely recommend his unit to stay.
The location and ambience to theplace is fabulous. Its clean and comfortable... The service was efficient. I would come back again.

The unit was really spacious and new. Well worth the money! We stayed there for 3 nights in winter so was really pleased to find 2 portable heaters there. Since we rented a car, the location is perfect as it's located inbetween fremantle and perth cbd. The kitchen is very well-equipped as well so we always prepared our breakfast there! Definitely would stay here again if we come to perth in the future!

It's very smooth process to check in and check out. The house is spacious and clean. Convenient to take public transport either bus or train as the bus and train stations are only 5-10 min walking distance from the house. The host is friendly and helpful. It was a perfect stay for our family of four. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped/furnished, located in the CBD and just 30 mins away from all the touristy locations. Monica and Mike were the perfect hosts as well. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Perth.
It was a very pleasant stay at Monica's place at Perth. It is really close to the CBD area and a car is really not required as parking is very expensive in the city. The apartment is as per described, fully equipped, clean, cozy and quiet! It comes with a gym which is a bonus to me! Monica is very friendly and patient with her guest, she waited for me for my arrival for hours as there was a long queue at the immigration and she didn't complain ! That's really nice of her. Recommend this place to anyone who's visiting Perth!
I had a great time staying at Monica's apartment. It is centrally located in downtown Perth and is close to a bunch of bars and restaurants. The apartment has all the amenities that one could ask for - wifi, kitchen, washer and dryer, etc. I would highly recommend this place.

Communication was a breeze before and during the trip. The hosts were nice and helpful. We didn’t get to meet Monica but Mike was there to show us around. The apartment was clean, spacious and ideally located for non-drivers. As our departing flight was late at night, we were thankful that Mike could arrange a place within the apartment building for us to safe keep our luggages and retrieve them at later timing while we did our last minute shopping after the check-out time. Cozy apartment room located in a pretty great spot in the CBD. Housemates were chill and a bunch of nice guys. Manho herself does a good job of hosting and takes the time to check up on us over the few days we were in Perth, especially during the rainy winter days. Basically a great place, and at an even greater price.

I was initially apprehensive by the beautiful pictures posted by John and Joyce when I did my booking. However all my fears were totally unfounded as I arrived at the house. The house is truly as stunning as the photos looked. The house has all the amenities for cooking , washing, relaxing (BBQ pit and TV are great additions) . (I mean really, it's been totally equipped with all modern equipments like oven, fridge, dish washer, washing machine , dryer, showers....needed for a feel for every family ) John has also been a fantastic host giving us every little tip to maximise our enjoyment while we are in Perth. We had rented a vehicle and the self drive was not a problem for us. We were 5 to 10 mins from the nearest pubs and supermarket. Even a drive to the beach to watch the sunset is great. If you don't drive, the nearby Butler Train station makes it easy to get to Perth City in 30 mins. Had a great time ! Love Perth for the weather and the great Golf. We enjoyed the great layout of the house; with a nice kitchen for us to prepare our meals. All rooms are perfect with the beautiful paintings/ pictures on the wall. The TV living room is very comfortable too. We definitely coming back for our next holiday to this beautiful house.

Joyce and her lovely son greeted us warmly upon arrival and gave us a tour of the house and a bottle of wine! The house is wonderful, exactly as in the photographs. Joyce was in constant communication with us during our stay and when we did need something specific she arrived later that evening with the necessary equipment....wonderful service! The lighting was amazing, more than enough for our sewing needs! The reverse cycle heating was much appreciated during our winter stay. As a group of sewing friends we would highly recommend Joyce and her house for a girls weekend away....you won't be disappointed!! Thanks Joyce.

The unit is clean and completed with the basics utilities. The surrounding is a residencial area which is peaceful and clean. It also has its own car park incase you need one. The location is just 500m walking distance to the Transperth bus station and Bull Creek train station which practically can leads you anywhere around the city. The communication with Weidong is smooth and friendly. Overall we enjoy the stay and doesn't hesitate to recommend to our friends.

great location, few minutes walk to bull creek station. 15min walk to shops and couple cafes. very private, clean, exactly what i needed for my short trip to perth. the internet was patchy first couple days, but dong was very responsive and had it fixed the next day. let me have a (very) late check out on last day for a reasonable fee. thanks!

Rosy, Phil and family were very welcoming and helpful. The detached 'pool house' accommodation looked just like the photos and the included breakfast was great. Rosy is a fantastic cook - even utilising some fresh ingredients from the garden! It is unfortunate that we were often not available to take up the offers for dinner, but we were grateful nonetheless. I would definately recommend staying here. Thank you for being great hosts!
The room is basically a pool house, a pleasant room with brand spanking new furnishings as well as a bath and shower. It is detached from the main house and quite private. Note that the bath/shower is not en suite but rather around the corner – inside the pool house. Another thing to note is that the bed is a sofabed. This was fine for me, but it might not be right for people with sensitive backs. Rosy & Phil are welcoming and kind, and prepared lovely breakfasts and also invited me to a delicious dinner and what ended up being effectively a wine tasting. They are lots of fun, as are their kids. I highly recommend this stay, especially to a couple or a single traveller. Lastly, the location is also very nice, not far from exciting Leederville and the Leederville railway station.

This place was perfect for what I needed for 3 days. I was made to feel very welcome but also had my own space. Very neat and tidy. It was nice to have breakfast included. It is nice and close to Leederville which is a great cafe and food area. I would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous, grand & spacious; 3 large bedrooms, a huge lounge, open plan kitchen/dining, located just two blocks from the train station & one zone (just over 4 miles) to Perth city centre. Truly gorgeous family home with 3 bedrooms, each suitable for two people (2 queen beds, two singles), each large and spacious with historic fireplaces and high ceilings. Bright and open spaces to sit and relax or socialise on the large, elevated return verandah and back al-fresco style covered pergola with large outdoor setting for 8 overlooking garden. This is a home to thoroughly enjoy coming back to after a day of sightseeing and a place you will want to return to for the warmth and comfort it affords. This is a home perfect for families and business visitors to Perth. The whole house is available and there is a secure driveway with electric gates. Bayswater is central to all that Perth has to offer - the city, thriving eclectic neighbourhoods with cafes and restaurants as well as boutique shopping, the Swan Valley and more. The beautiful Swan river is just a walk away with large playgrounds, running paths and a bird sanctuary. Minutes from the funky Maylands strip and the nightlife in Mt Lawley. Train Bayswater train station is a two minute walk down the hill. Walk down the hill to the subway and turn left – you will see it. All trains on the Midland Line stop at Bayswater station. We had a wonderful stay in this home when my family (husband, 23 month old , 4 week old baby) & I first relocated to Perth. We spent 4 weeks here & it truly felt like home. It has character & warmth and is close to the train, shops & lovely parks. The outdoor pergola area was a lovely place to spend the afternoons when the sea breeze blew in. The house is equipped with everything you could need & we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a base not far from the CBD. Host Pippa & caretaker Kerry were both so lovely to deal with from the initial booking right through to check out. We had to stay on a little longer than first expected until we found a permanent home in Perth and they were both very helpful & flexible regarding this. Thank you for having us! :)
Our stay at Heritage home was magic! Our 5 year old daughter told us that this is the best little home in the world! From the first moment we fell in love with Heritage home. The interior is beautiful and the home is very well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is very good. We were close to the train station with a short train ride to Perth city. The garden is also beautiful with a lemon tree and olive trees. Pippa and Kerry were extremely helpful and friendly. We were sad to leave. We strongly recommend Heritage Home!
We had a lovely time in this beautiful old house, very homely with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Great outdoor area and big rooms that made staying with the family very comfortable. The neighbourhood was fun to explore with great little shops a close walk down the road and also close to the train station, making it easy to head to the city and Freo.
This was one of the most charming places we've ever stayed at. Spacious and lovingly renovated, with lots of character, well maintained and clean. Linda and her partner made me very welcome. The apartment is beautiful, clean and comfortable and suited my stay perfectly. It is in convenient walking distance to most of Perth City and the free bus 2 minutes walk away is an added luxury. Having a secure parking spot was so good. I would recommend this apartment to any couple or solo traveller.
Linda was the most responsive host and has set the bar very high for AirBnb hosts from here on out. Even when I had an issue with the internet (on a Sunday no less) she had addressed the problem and had it solved within an hour after I e-mailed her about it. The location is excellent, quiet, spacious, and served its purpose for my stay in the city wonderfully. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again.

I was visiting family in Perth and didn't have a firm arrival time, Claire was available and responsive when organising to arrive. The apartment was new, comfortable and well appointed and I had my own bathroom and toilet. I felt very welcome and it was very easy to come and go. The location was perfect for my family and also only a quick train ride (couple of stops) to Perth. It's also a short walk to Beaufort street which has great should and cafes. Will definitely look to stay with Claire again when I visit Perth in future.

We had everything we need and they thought of everything including continental breakfasts, cutleries, glasses, coffee and tea facilities, towels, toiletries etc. The rroms were so comfortable. The beds were really comfortable and very homey. Everything was superbly spotless and clean. The room s are exactly as posted and the view from the balcony is spectacular. We loved sitting at the balcony. We had complete privacy, yet Barry and Viv were so thoughtful and is there when we needed it. Viv kindly prepared umbrellas for us when it was forecasted to rain. This beautiful home is only about 15 mins away from Perth city center and is a quiet and safe neighbourhood. We felt really safe. We would like to thank both of you very much for looking after us so well. This was the first time for me and my husband Kevin to stay at an Airbnb and we were very impressed by the welcome we received by Barry and Viv when we arrived. We were the first and only guests on Boxing Day. We got the corner room with two windows, stunning sunrise and river view with a very comfortable bed and a seating area of a long balcony. Price was reasonable. We had the whole bathroom for us only without sharing with others. Breakfast was ready in the room and you can make toasts and beverages just outside your door. Barry kindly offered us a lift to the shopping mall when I was not feeling very well. Bikes were available to used, the morning ride by the river was a fantastic experience. If this is the standard we can expect from other Airbnb, we will definitely use this type of booking again. This a good example of great hospitality. Many thanks to Barry and Viv! The apartment has been renovated from top to bottom, for the purpose of welcoming travellers during their stay in Perth. Having used AirBnB ourselves during our travels we noted what was most important to us whilst we were on the road and endeavoured to ensure they would be a part of our apartment. There is parking available at the front of our home, but this may not undercover. Pre-arrangement for keys to access is emailed to you, prior to your arrival. The apartment is entirely separate to our house, so if an uninterrupted retreat is your priority, then this space is perfect for you. However we will always extend a welcome to a shared barbecue wherever possible. We love how quiet our neighborhood is. Getting to and from our house is very easy because there are many public transport options available, which are all located close to our home. I am a yoga teacher and I teach classes in my home, I will always let you know when the classes are on. But I want to reassure you that I do not operate early morning classes and if you feel the class may impede on your stay I can arrange for the class to be held elsewhere or I will run a very quiet class. We will send entry instructions to you in an email, just before your arrival. You MUST check your email to gain entry into the Apartment, as the key is in a Lock-Box at the front of our home - while the entry to the Apartment is at the back of our home. Joe and Sandy were careful to ensure we arrived well and provided good information and follow up to arrive into the accommodation. The accommodation is very nicely set up and has a personal touch without being cluttered. Everything was just right and breakfast in the indoor garden was beautiful. Thanks for the treat. Sandy and Joe are really lovely. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at their apartment. The bed is really comfortable and the bathroom is big and has a really nice shower. Everything was clean. The outdoor area is great and Sandy and Joe even provided us everything we needed for using the barbecue. I would definitely stay there again!

It was great to stay at Lovely Apartment in Perth City . This is the first time i stay with Airbnb which had a very great experience. Reena is really friendly . She guided and all the info was given about Perth. She will reply very quickly no matter what question i asked :) The most i Love, atmosphere for the Environment of the Room , Love the Bath Room , Love the Kitchen, Love everything at Reena house. A very comfortable and convenient apartment with a very welcoming host. Reena has hosted many travelers, and provides clear information about the city and the apartment. We did have some confusion about departure time, which was my fault, but other than that it was a very enjoyable stay.
Reena was a lovely host and communicated clearly and quickly before I travelled to Perth. She met me on arrival and helped me to settle in. Everything was as stated in her detailed description and photos. Reena's place is well located within the free transit zone and has plenty of restaurants, cafes and convenience shops nearby. The area felt safe and the private room as well as the communal areas were immaculately clean and well presented. I would have no hesitation on recommending Reena and her lovely private room for a short or long stay. Nous avons séjourné 4 jours (3 nuits) chez Reena et nous avons tellement aimé que nous y sommes revenus trois semaines plus tard pour 3 jours (2 nuits). L'appartement est exactement comme décrit et comme le montrent les photos; en plus, ce qu'on ne voit pas est qu'il est super propre. Il est aussi très bien situé, très lumineux et on a aussi accès à la piscine intérieure de l'immeuble qui est moderne, particulièrement bien tenu et sécurisé. L'accès au centre-ville est très facile, soit une quinzaine de minutes à pieds, soit en quelques minutes en bus - il y a beaucoup de bus qui passent dans cette rue et le trajet jusqu'au centre-ville est gratuit. Il y a à proximité plusieurs magasins d'alimentation, des restaurants et trois compagnies de location de voiture (dont une très connue et offrant des tarifs très attractifs). Mais, encore plus important que le logement, c'est le contact avec Reena qui est d'une extrême gentillesse et est très disponible pour rendre le séjour agréable. Très vite, on se sent à l'aise et pratiquement comme en famille. Nous recommandons très chaleureusement le séjour dans l'appartement de Reena!

We liked the style of the House, the beautiful garden and the quietness. We all slept very well, which was a delight after the long journey. Our two little kids enjoyed playing with Paddington, her cute dog.

Our 1930's character home offers a totally private space for our guests. It comfortably fits 2 people (max 4) and is located close to the city on a quiet street. Enjoy the privacy of your own entrance, large bedroom, 'breakfast' room & own bathroom! You will have your own private wing of our home which is locked away from the rest of the house for yours and our privacy. You will not have to share any common spaces with us. Your space houses 1 - 4 people travelling together with a queen bed in the bedroom and a double sofa-bed in the breakfast room. Your spacious totally private area includes a large bedroom with queen-size bed, bedside table, flat screen TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, heater, wardrobe, iron, ironing board & luggage rack. You also have your own recently renovated bathroom with rain shower head and another sunny 'breakfast room' which contains a double sofa-bed, bar fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, table and 2 chairs. Complimentary basic breakfast supplies will be in this room on arrival (including cereal, bread & spreads, tea, coffee & milk). The front porch is yours alone to use with an outdoor table, 2 chairs and BBQ. You will have your own front entrance (we will use the side entrance for your privacy), spacious bedroom, own modern bathroom and an extra room which can be used for 1-2 extra people travelling with you and/or your breakfast room/preparing simple meals, outside on the porch there is a small outdoor table and 2 chairs and a BBQ. We prefer to keep our space and your space totally separate for your full privacy. I spend a lot of time in my kitchen so I do not share it. I do not allow use of our laundry. Our bedroom and bathroom are upstairs and off limits. We are finding that we aren't even meeting a lot of our mid-week guests. We both work full time and are very busy and active people. We get up very early to exercise and go to bed pretty early, so you may not bump into us during the week! This suits guests who prefer their privacy and more of a 'self contained apartment' experience than a 'home stay' experience. We will stay out of your space and give you your complete privacy unless you initiate a chat, and we are always available via Airbnb messaging, text or phone call if you need anything at all from us. Victoria Park has recently become a much cooler neighborhood to live and hang out in Perth. A quick walk to the end of our street will bring you to Albany Highway. You can turn left or right to walk to an endless supply of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. About a 1km walk away at John McMillan Park, the TGIF Hawkers Markets are on every Friday evening 5pm - 9pm. Lots of affordable yummy food options and live music. At the same park every Sunday morning is the Vic Park Farmers Markets from 8am - 12 noon. Great breakfast, coffee, local produce and artisan stalls. A 2km walk brings you to the Swan River for scenic walking, riding, dolphin spotting, picnics or a BBQ. Ask me for any recommendations for where to go in the area. I am passionate about Vic Park and supporting the businesses within it. If you want to just chill out and look around Vic Park, you can walk pretty much anywhere. If you're heading to the city or elsewhere via the city, a few hundred metres away is a bus stop which takes you straight into the heart of the CBD. If you want to go elsewhere, stay on the bus until it stops at the bus port. There you will find information on how to get anywhere else in Perth via public transport. Alternatively, we are a 1km walk to Victoria Park train station. For those who don't mind a good walk, the city is a 5km lovely scenic walk down Albany Highway, across the Causeway Bridge and along the edge of the river. If you're lucky you might see our river dolphins! If you are bringing a car, please park it on the right hand side in our carport. If you are coming from the airport, Uber will cost you about AUD30 and a taxi will cost approx. AUD40. If you are new to Uber, download the app and sign up with my referral code and get your first ride free! Code is: janem1235ue We have 2 small dogs who will be kept out of your area but will bark when you arrive, and each time you get home! Once they are used to hearing you move around your end of the house, they are relatively quiet most of the time. Our life must go on during your stay and we are very early risers. We try to keep noise to a minimum until a reasonable hour, but our house is old with creaky floorboards, so if you are a light sleeper and want to sleep in during our working week, bear this in mind! However when you are in your bedroom there are 2 closed doors between us and you and no guests have complained about any noise to date. I thoroughly clean the space between bookings but whether you want to clean at all during your stay is up to you and your own responsibility.了解更多

The place was exactly as described. I was impressed with the meticulously prepared guidebook and from that I could see that the hosts were very professional. The place is very clean and the hosts did not skimp on the supplies that they provided for us although we did not use most of them. I also love the very high ceiling which was almost triple my height... makes you feel you have a lot of space. It is situated in a location where you have access to restaurants, cafes, shops and public transportation. Ron is very particular with privacy and peace & quiet and I am glad that the host did not let him down. Next time you go to Perth, book at Jane and Chris's place and you will not have any regrets!
The first thing we saw when we stepped into the hallway was a cute little welcome note on the chalkboard which Jane wrote. Very spacious (much bigger than I thought) and with a lot of privacy. Nice and clean bathroom with all the necessities (towels, toiletries etc) provided. An informative booklet/like a handbook on the table to let you know where are the nice cafes/restaurants/places near her place. Very thoughtful host. We really enjoy our stay!
This is not really a private room, it's more like your own private - and big - section of a house. You get a large bedroom, a patio, a hallway and a huge bathroom to boot, all for yourself. It's in Victoria Park which is a nice neighbourhood with lots of pubs and restaurants, but it's on a quiet side street. I only got to meet Jane and Chris on the day I checked out but what was supposed to be a five minute goodbye chat turned into a really interesting one hour long conversation. Great place, great people, what's not to like?
Jane and Chris were really wonderful hosts. The space was clean and very comfortable and everything had been thought of. Breakfast supplies, even board games and DVDs! The private outdoor space was great too. Vic Park is a really sweet little area with lots of great cafes and restaurants and so close to everything. Matt was away but Wendy was helpful and texted on a regular basis to see that we were ok. There were some minor hiccups with the gates but that was soon sorted. The accomodation was close to the city so you could walk or catch the free bus to the city. There were some nice cafes walking distance from the accomodation which was great. Also Hyde Park was really close so you could walk there to have a look around. The complex had a great pool, gym and sauna which was really handy. The apartment had everything that you needed and we enjoyed our stay.
We spent 5 days in Matt’s Apartment in Northbridge and we can confirm that this was overall a really good place where to stay in the fabulous city of Perth. The Apartment in Palmerston street is few minutes walk to transport, parklands, and the center of Northbridge where you can find some lovely restaurants, pubs and clubs. Wendy, Matt’s friend, was a friendly,welcoming, and punctual host, she show us around the place, and gave us directions on what best to see in Perth. The flat was clean and tidy, our rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable; on the second floor, the kitchen had what we needed plus free Wifi. We truly enjoyed from the kitchen’s window a great view of the city of Perth, and the balcony in the living room area was just perfect for our “Happy hour” times. I had a great time staying at Matt's place, it's homely and very well setup. It's close to the restaurant and party zone of Perth, there's always something going on down the road! I highly recommend this property if you're heading to Perth for work or play.
This was a lovely, cosy space in a great area - it's wonderful to be such a short walk from Northbridge and the city centre. Matt's friend Wendy took great care of us: she checked us in smoothly, made sure we had everything we need throughout our stay, and even brought round some flowers and fresh vegetables from her garden! Visitors may just want to note that there are several sets of stairs to get into the apartment, and the bedroom and living room are spread across two floors - not a problem for us, but it may be for some people. Overall, this place worked wonderfully for us, and would be great for anyone who wants to be close to the action!
Everything from beginning to end for an 8 night stay was perfect - hosts communicated exceptionally well and the home is as described. The location is handy with Northbridge right on the doorstep, train station and Perth city an easy walk. Highly recommend if you need a place to relax, but still be in the city.
