"Paul, our host, was extremely responsive and welcoming. He gave us a tour of the building and facilities, and gave us a rundown of our public transport options, as well as some local recommendations. The place is a high-ceiling loft studio with all the bathroom essentials, towels, sheets etc provided. The kitchen was equipped with dinnerware for two people. The view from the bedside window looks out into the street and onto Biscayne Bay, but may have been better if the condo was on a higher floor. We didn't spend a lot of time in the condo, so we didn't use the kitchen or use much of the amenities besides the bathroom and the bed. The place was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The pool deck (shared) in the building was spectacular, with great views, and lots of lounging chairs as well as a few cabanas (first come-first served). I'd recommend the place to a friend traveling solo or a couple that wants a simple, quiet place to relax and recharge while they're not out seeing the city."
