酒吧
“It is a skybar with one of the most breathtaking panoramic views of the city and its attractions. Furthermore it has a unique ceiling made by the artist Pipilotti Rist. Its colours will shine like an evening sky at sunset. If you are visiting Vienna you must visit this place! From the 18th floor of the quite new Sofitel hotel, the city is literally at your feet and it is like no detail will escape from you through the huge floor-to-ceiling window. In fact, all external walls of this restaurant are just like one window. Special tip Dress properly, enjoy your cocktail and the view, and try to blend out the fact that it is quite expensive.”

“This is a really authentic cafe where locals like to have their morning coffe and newspaper. They have very good breakfast, typical Viennese style. Although very famous, it is still quiet and calm (compared to eg. Cafe Mozart or Sacher.). Don't forget to try their cakes! Distance: 1500 m”

“My personal favourite when it comes to the traditional Viennese cafes. As it’s not the most well-known out of the batch, you’ll still get to encounter the unfriendly waiters, but they’re less intense than most others working at the busy, packed famous cafes. They have nice coffee and you really feel like you’re in Vienna, especially sitting outside in the summer people-watching and reading, sipping on some ‘weißer Spritzer’ (white wine with sparkling water)...”

“ French art of baking with a return to traditional craftsmanship is now also available in Vienna. Crispy handmade sourdough baguettes, loaves of flour-milled flour, rye bread with a strong crust or southern French Fougasse - baked in a stone oven. Croissants, chocolate croissants, brioches or almond croissants. Bon Appetit!”

“The Café Telegraph has immediately rejoiced at the heart of the hip community - thanks to very instagram-proof interiors and white tables (perfect for dining photos). The selection of breakfast dishes is varied and it's quite a bit more than elsewhere. Beside bowls and eggs there is also Lebanese or Russian breakfast. Classics such as Avocadotoast and Porridge may also not be missed. After that, an eclaire and the brunch paradise is perfect. The place is cozy, there is not much traffic and it's nice green. The nearby Votivkirche makes the Insta Story perfect for the day”
