Flamingo Cottage

A quiet lake front cottage close to many Vermont attractions. Located next to Lake Hortonia Dam the sound of falling water will provide a relaxing backdrop to your getaway. You can prepare your own meals or dine out at several excellent restaurants. Great place for Kayaking and Leaf Peeping. Now have trash service for renters. Depending on the weather the road leading up to my road requires four wheel drive. When it is plowed it is passable but requires care. It is a dirt road up a hill.

Winter is a blast with outstanding downhill skiing at Okemo Mtn (10 min away), cross country skiing and sledding! Come to southern Vermont to sample craft beer, farm to table restaurants, farmer’s markets, antiquing and more! Guests have use of our canoe, kayaks, and paddle board. This is the perfect home for a relaxing getaway!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Cozy remote cabin with lake and sunset views as well as lots of natural wildlife sightings. With direct lake access, enjoy kayaking, and paddle boarding on Little Lake in the spring, summer and fall and there are 3 major ski mountains within 45 minutes, and don't forget the ice fishing! Best part of the day is to watch the sunset and roast marshmallows around the unique spherical fire pit.

Enjoy lake living at this cottage/carriage house. Eastern shore of Lake Bomoseen for fabulous sunsets. Great swimming right off our dock. Adjacent to Crystal Beach. Near hiking trails and great biking. 30 minutes to Killington, Pico or Okemo for skiers. The cottage has a beautiful and well equipped kitchen to prepare gourmet meals! Dishwasher, washer/dryer, heated towel rack in the bathroom.
