Come stay in our cozy basement unit! We re did the bedrooms in July 2025! We are just up the road from Historic Downtown Ogden, only 5 min from iFly Utah, 5 min from Weber State University, 15 min from Hill Air Force Base and the Northrop facilities. Close to many hiking and biking trails, as well as lakes and reservoirs. If you love skiing as much as we do you can get to 12 ski resorts in under 1.5 hours with the closest being only 30 min away. The host lives in the basement apartment with a separate entrance that is separated by a bolt-locked door. There are no shared spaces aside from the driveway.

Welcome to my duplex I have named Warm and Friendly. The bedroom upstairs has a king bed, and the larger room downstairs also has a king bed. There is a bonus room I call the nook in the basement and it has a queen bed. The kitchen has full sized appliances with a table that will seat 4. There are lots of pillows and blankets. The loveseat in living room has a pull-out bed for a smaller person.
