Adjacent to campus and an easy walk or short drive to dining and entertainment options, including Morehead State sporting events. Features two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, and a pull-out sofa in the living room. Large covered side porch for grilling and entertaining in warmer weather. Has a full kitchen and laundry appliances for your convenience. No contact check-in and check-out. Approximately a 20 minute drive to Cave Run Lake.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The home is located in a small very country neighborhood 24 miles/35 min. from Cave Run Lake, 11 miles/16min. to downtown Morehead where MSU is located. Poppy Mountain is 11 miles/15 min. Our place is a refurbished manufactured home with some mid-century furnishings and decor and some updates. There is also a large addition on the trailer which makes for a lot more space. The porch offers a great view, and the yard is very large.
