House Rules WE DO NOT ACCEPT IN STATE Bookings! No smoking, no dogs, no parties and no commercial photography. The apartment has its own entry. We live in the upper 1st and 2nd story. Internal stairway locked both sides. There is a whole house water filter, we have very clean water on every faucet (Drinking water). We have dual twin memory foam beds and a huge sectional couch. Some amenities pool table, ping pong. This way our wall stays clean and painted.

The Lake Point Sports Complex is just 20 minutes away, with a pleasant drive via back roads for visiting athletes. After a long day on the fields, enjoy the tranquility of this serene setting. Winter offers a peaceful ambiance with lovely light. Very private, surrounded by quiet woods.

This Casual Executive apartment to stay is perfect for group trips, it is located by the Truist Park home of the Braves and a easy 5 min walk to the Coca Cola Roxy. During your stay, you will rest in a huge King size bed, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need and safe dishes for the little ones. The spacious living room has a comfortable queen size sofa bed for additional guests, and a beautiful view of the lake.

Sweet, cute cottage home with high speed internet, suitable for both family vacation or working remotely from home. Enjoy the lakeview from the deck, enjoy wildlife on the lake and bring your fishing rod. Entertainment inside home includes piano and Roku Tv. We go extra miles to ensure guests’ satisfaction.
