Please remove your shoes when you come in. I have white carpet that stains easily.
No guests. Unless it's just to meet up before heading out somewhere, that's fine. Strictly no overnight guests.
You are welcome to smoke on the balcony but please do no smoke indoors.
Business travellers are very welcome but please don't conduct your business in my living room when I'm home. If you require a work space I'll gladly arrange a desk and chair in your bedroom on request.
I'm from a large family and lived in shared houses both in Sydney and overseas for a number of years, so I'm a pretty easy-going guy who is use to sharing his home with people.
I actually grew up in an iconic Bondi Beach backpacker hostel (Noah's Backpackers), which was my family's business for 20 years, so I'm well acquainted to sharing my home with travellers and making sure they feel welcomed and comfortable. I do genuinely prefer my guests feel like it is as much their home as mine.
I'm a fairly well travelled guy with more than 50 countries to my passport (not that I'm keeping a tally... okay, yes I am, it's 53), so I'm always up for sharing travel stories.
As a born-and-bred Bondi local I'm also a wealth of knowledge of the area.
I look forward to welcoming you to Chez Billy!
