For Mardi Gras 2018 a 3 night minimum is required.
Thank you for considering my home as your home away from home during your stay in New Orleans. While I will provide you with a guest house manual to help make your stay more convenient( it will be in the kitchen), I have a few house rules which I like to notify my guests about before they rent. I ask that you treat my home with respect, and observe the Japanese tradition of removing your shoes once you enter the house and if possible please try not to roll luggage on downstairs floors, as they were just refinished. Guests will be expected to maintain the property and leave it in the condition it was found. I have a delightful set of neighbors, please respect their privacy and solitude, and keep the noise to a minimum after 11 p.m. I place a priority on security for our guests and neighbors, therefore no unregistered guests are permitted on the premises. And, please inform all your guests about the rules. But most of all I hope you enjoy your stay in New Orleans!
One of my favorite quotes: “Just speak very loudly and quickly, and state your position with utter conviction, as the French do, and you'll have a marvelous time!”
I love that I live in a city that captures the essence of the many places and reminds me of the exotic people I have encountered along my journeys. I am a free spirit and love to travel ! I love to celebrate and encourage people who freely express their authentic self through their work, their lives, their art, and their homes. The Garden District does that better than any place I have ever lived and is the reason I call this lovely, alluring, soulful, hip, place my home.
