Little loft in a very quiet area with amaizing views to the ocean and volcan.
10 minutes walking from restaurants, beach and promenade.
Perfect for a cheap winter break in Lanzarote.
Grazzie mile. Si venire altra volta, sentire venbenuto. Carmen
I was there to visit my friend and we stayed at carmens place for 5 days! It was realy nice to stay there and she was very kind to us. If i go back to Lanzerote i am going to stay there again because she and the place were very nice!!
I stayed in Carmen's apartment for almost a week. Inside it was actually bigger than I expected. The terrace is very nice. The kitchen is really small but once you get used to it you can cook up a meal. After I moved in I found out that there were some necessities missing. I contacted Carmen and she delivered some of them the next day. A couple of other items I ended up buying myself. I do suggest that upon arrival future clients make a thorough inspection of kitchen and bathroom to make sure everything they expect is actually present. The area is residential and quiet, the house is at the foot of Montaña Roja in a dead-end road. There is parking space for your car. By car you can reach the center of Playa Blanca in a few minutes. There are also some nice restaurants (Italian, Greek, Indian) close by. Carmen is very friendly, communicates clearly (English and Spanish), and she is open to suggestions. I hope she keeps on making some small repairs and improvements to make this nice place even better.
Playa Blanca is a great area. The apartment is nicely situated, and the view is as promised amazing. Cafes and a small beach within walking distance. Local bus right down the road connects to the rest of the city. Will warmly recommend visitor to take a little walk up the hill to the top of the dormant volcano behind the apartment, the view from up there is spectacular. Its not the most neat and clean apartment i have stayed in, but it has the necessities you need, including a washing machine, fast internet and two sunbeds on the veranda which we made great use of. Host is friendly and kind.
Carmen's apartment is basic, but has everything's you need. The bed is very comfy and as she describes, the view is amazing ! You'll probably need a car as it's a little way out of town, unless you don't mind walking ! We loved it- and she saved us from a bad hotel experience at short notice. We'll definitely be staying again ! Thanks Carmen !
Hi Sarah, I'm so happy that finally your stay in the island was pleasant. Lanzarote is a little paradaise for me and it's a pity if someone is leaving with a bad taste of it. You are very welcome. If you like, next time I'll show you a lovely apartment in the north of island :) All the best. Carmen
WARNING! I made an enquiry about the availability of this property and then told the host that I would not be requiring the accommodation within an hour or so of making the initial enquiry. A few days later, I was charged the FULL AMOUNT even though I did not stay in there and had made it clear that I would not be requiring it. I cannot get a refund. So, if you enquire about this property- be prepared to pay the full amount even if you do not want to stay there
Dear Melanie, Very sorry for you but this was not my fault at all. It wasn't a request it was a booking and I told you. The apart was not available for renting to anyone else. For that reason I can't give you the money back, no because you did a wrong booking but because you didn't cancel it. Really sorry, Carmen
