You can't beat this view! A great walk-able location, nicely furnished, quiet neighborhood. During mid-June through Labor day only rented Saturday-Saturday full weeks.
Recently renovated with a colorful, beachy look, this condo is the perfect place for a quiet get away or family vacation. Close to all that Carolina Beach and Wilmington have to offer. Step out of the condo and cross the dunes and you are ready to relax in the sun on the wide beach. Or, enjoy the salt air, endless ocean views, and the warm breezes with a good book and a drink from the large deck.
The kitchen is updated and fully equipped so that you could enjoy a home cooked meal if you choose not to take advantage of the many excellent area restaurants - some within walking distance. The livingroom has a TV and DVD (although you should turn it off and watch the ocean). Each bedroom has a TV and DVD too, in case your addiction to TV is beyond hope.
The Master Bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and ensuite bath with a private balcony. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Twin beds and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the Livingroom. There is a full hallway bath with a shower.
Linens are included (just bring your beach towels) as are beach chairs and an umbrella. Sorry, No pets at this condo.
DURING JUNE, JULY, AND AUGUST WE RENT FULL SATURDAY TO SATURDAY WEEKS ONLY.
The whole condo is for your use. Nobody else will be in this unit when you are there.
I'm a phone call away, but will not be present on site.
This is a mostly owner occupied building, so the HOA rules are enforced closely. Absolutely no smoking and no pets. You are expected to have a great time and enjoy the stunning views, and that may make you want to have a party, but you can't do that. No unapproved guests. The maximum of 6 is an absolute maximum and includes kids, even babies. Even really little babies.
I love to travel! So its important to me that my place is a great place to travel to! I live in Raleigh NC, Hollywood FL, and Galax, VA, and retired early in part so I can travel. I have visited all 7 continents and met lots of great people doing it! Now I am on a quest to visit all 50 US States and the 59 major National Parks.
