Modern townhouse, located just a few miles from downtown Dallas and local hotspots including Uptown, Knox-Henderson, Deep Ellum, and Lower Greenville. The Dallas Convention Center is a 10 minute drive, for those who are in town for a convention. The townhouse is a two-level unit totaling 1900 sq ft. It is fully furnished and luxuriously appointed, with hand-scraped hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a gas range. The living room is outfitted with a 56" flat screen TV as well as a home theater projector and surround sound, in case you want to spend a night in. There is also a private patio with comfy patio furniture.
The home also has a large master bedroom with one queen sized bed and a master bath appointed with travertine countertops. The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed. A second full bathroom is located adjacent to the second bedroom.
The property is protected by a private gate. An attached private garage has space for one vehicle, and the private driveway inside the gate has space for up to 4 additional cars.
For convenience, the nearest DART light rail stop is a 10-15 minute walk, and the DART will take you throughout the city. Kroger (grocery store) is a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive.
A quick note about safety: while the house itself is protected by a private gate and is very safe, it is located in an urban neighborhood, so use common sense. I've never had a problem with safety in the 7 years I've lived here, but still, I do not recommend going out for midnight walks. Walking around during the daytime is safe.
During your stay at my house I may be out of town. If that's the case, I'll arrange a key drop for you to collect the keys when you arrive and leave the keys when you check out.
1. Absolutely no smoking inside the house. Smoking is allowed on the patio, but close the patio door so the smoke does not waft back into the house.
2. No pets please.
3. Please leave the house neat and clean.
4. No parties
5. No illegal activities or illegal drugs
I also appreciate it if you take your shoes off before entering the house, though its not a strict rule.
I am an engineer and entrepreneur. I've been living in Dallas, TX for about six years and I love going out and doing things, so I've gotten to know the city quite well and I'm happy to share some tips with my guests. I'm also an avid traveler, so as a host its important that I provide a good experience to my guests. And since I'm a host, its important to me to be a great guest when staying with other hosts.
