My flat's cozy, bright and spacious. It has 1 dorm and 1 bathroom and can comfortably host up to 4 people. Here you can relax inside or in the balconies, enjoying the skyline. It's located in a safe and easy to get old downtown neighbourhood.
::: please do some research about São Paulo's water rationing before coming to the city, especially if you're planning to stay outside downtown and richer neighbourhoods (Jardins, Higienópolis, Pinheiros, Vila Madalena, Lapa, etc) - fortunatelly, here at downtown we're not passing through rationing, but there may be lack of water sometimes (rarely, like once in a month) for some hours during the afternoon :::

I'm usually working and studying around the city, so it's rare for me matching times to receive or meet my guests, but I'm always available: a text message away! =)
I live here, but I leave it empty and clean for my guests to enjoy it.
I can help you (upon request) with:
- recommendations for cultural/nightlife/restaurants.
- tips on cheap places to eat and hang around: São Paulo is an expensive city!
- Hatha Yoga classes
Preserve personal goods, trying to keep things clean and neat.
If you smoke, please be sure to do it next to the balconies, using the ashtray.
I love pets, but my building doesn´t alow them =/
Remember this is my home and be gentle to it, as it were yours.
I'm a quiet, open-minded and easygoing guy. I like learning from and sharing with people. I like to have my own space/moments and respect others'. I believe in real connections build organically with respect.
I live in São Paulo since 2007 and work as an Yoga instructor.
I love traveling, among other things, to experience and expand my eyes/myself in time/space. Putting yourself - even if shortly - in different places, away from your daily life, can open your perception to see and feel your life from a different point of view, from another perspective. Things can turn easier, possible, and you can know a lot about life, people and yourself. Traveling can be just a distraction... or it can be an enhancing experience, depending on your openess.
