In the heart of the city. A lovely room with a king size bed and private bathroom across the landing. Central location so not countryside quiet. 2 min walk to the Market Square, tourist info, and a 10 min walk to the Cathedral. Parking available.
Nicely located in a great town. We went for Stonehenge and fell in love with Salisbury. A cozy and well appointed flat walkable to the extraordinary Salisbury Cathedral and the best-preserved Magna Carta of the four remaining. Our hosts were engaging, comfortable, and warm, just like their beautiful home. Thank you to Amy and Jonathan for a wonderful experience.
We loved our stay with Amy, a courteous wonderful host. She was so friendly and welcoming. She met us out in the city and showed us around, and provided great recommendations. Enjoying breakfasts with her in the morning were a highlight of the trip. Her place is so close to the Market Square! Great!
I think this might be the best host we've had. Amy felt like family to us. So kind and caring, full of suggestions and helpfulness. We honestly want to go back to Salisbury just to see her again. A note about the room—if you have trouble sleeping without white noise, use an app on your phone. Sometimes the street at night can be noisy, but only last about 20 minutes or so. Amazing bathroom. Too bad we didn't have time to take a bath! She even cooked us breakfast. So lovely!! We miss you already <3 This host is what AirBNB should be all about.
