This property has a lot of potential, but Rohan needs to improve communication with his guests and his family who manage the property. Some of the issues we dealt with: -We were told were we getting picked up by the owner, to us, this implied a free ride as several other hosts had done for in other countries. There was no talk of paying for a transfer. He sent his brother in a tuk tuk, which he wanted us to pay for. -His brother seemed confused that we were two people and when we tried to show him our reservation for two, and our texts with the owner that acknowledged we were two guests, there was still resistance and no desire to acknowledge our reservation. -At first, it seemed nice that there was some food left for us, but later we realized it was half eaten and probably left over from other guests, along with a hairy bar of soap in the bathroom. The sheets and towels had bloodstains on them. -We asked for extra linens/towels since we were two people, as well as a remote for the A/C unit upstairs. They said the A/C was broken so I asked if someone could come fix it since I planned on sleeping up there and it was extremely hot and humid. After some arguing, they just flipped a switch on the electrical panel and it worked. I called them out for lying to me and it all just got worse from there. -The next day, the owner, Rohan, shows up and basically makes us feel guilty and says he drove all the way from Colombo for us, even though we never requested he come in person. He also kept saying, “It’s ok that you’re two people”, as if he were doing us a favor when it was not out mistake. -Ceiling fans are broken upstairs and jacuzzi tub doesn't work -After the uncomfortable interactions with his siblings, he told us just to text him if we needed anything, yet, instead of texting us back, he would call his sister and send her over to give us info, which we couldn’t understand. -Another day they brought a worker to fix the cable, even though we never complained about needing to watch tv and they show up right as we were about to head to the beach. The sister said we needed to wait for him to leave, which we didn’t know how long that could take. She said she didn’t have extra keys to the apartment, and then we text Rohan, who had a extra set hidden in the main house apparently. -Another day Rohan shows up with now warning to show the apartment to a couple of tourists. We had just returned from the beach and my partner was in the shower so I told him it wasn’t a good time. He insisted and I had had enough so I said no. I have been traveling for a year over 4...

Ryan never complain about any blood stain in the linen ,This a brand new property,No bugs or what so ever.He had a issue when his arrival.Because he want to use upstair air conditioner where we close when there are 2 people occupied.But that matter sort it out.I request from him to have a look for sitting area to another guest who already booked thru (URL HIDDEN) .He refused to do so ,then lost $ 769 dollar from that business.Ryan doesn't want show that area.Why he didn't complain while he was here?
