The Farmhouse is a classic whitewashed 17th Century Welsh home and is a little haven tucked away upon a hillside, in an idyllic, quiet setting with plenty of fresh air and greenery. A perfect rural retreat for a couple or for all the family.
House Rules for Upper Valley Farmhouse
•All shoes (especially muddy shoes) are to be removed before going up stairs and ideally removed when entering the Farmhouse.
•To ensure the Farmhouse is ready for the cleaners to enter the building at 10am on morning of your departure and you are ready to vacate, if you haven’t already.
•I will require a £600 deposit (for Stags/Hens/Groups under 35yrs) on the card that is given to me for the House Keeping Deposit. This will not go in to our account, but it will be held/authorized to us. This will automatically clear after 7 days.
•All washing up to be done and all rubbish to have been removed, from the Farmhouse and put in the correct bins at the end of the track.
•All music, when played after 10pm, please ensure that the windows and doors are kept closed so the noise does not disturb the neighbours.
•Any smoking is to be outside the property and the cigarette butts to be deposed of.
•No fireworks or lanterns are to be set off during your stay please.
•Any spilt drinks to be cleared up as soon as they are spilt, please, to try and prevent staining/marking.
•Please try not to move the furniture around, but if any of it is moved, please ensure it is returned to the original position.
•Have a lovely weekend at Upper Valley, but please respect all contents and belongings.
