As this is a boutique, residential apartment building (not a hotel), there is the standard No parties policy so as not to disturb the peaceful ambience of the building and will suit those looking for a quiet and relaxing stay, but there are plenty of cool venues, cafe's, restaurants, wine/cocktail bars nearby where you can let your hair down & I can provide links to places of interest ( ;
Please keep noise to a minimum between 11pm to 8am both inside the property and outside on the balconies and please be aware that noise does travel at night.
We also respectfully ask each guest to hand back the property as clean & tidy as you can at check out & any excess cleaning is charged back.
I understand accidents do happen, but it is only common courtesy to notify me of any breakages or damage to the property, furnishings or inclusions during your stay.
Hang all damp towels up & leave all linen as my cleaners change over
Please turn off air conditioning, ceiling fans, lights & appliances when not at the property & also @ check out & lock apartment when checking out & leave all outdoor furniture covered.
The cleaner the property is left from your stay, the better the review we can provide for you as our cleaners provide a review out of 5 at each check out clean for each guest & we love nothing better than to leave a glowing review for our guests so please leave a small footprint from your stay & assist our cleaners who only charge for a basic clean, vacuum, re: stock, fresh linen turn over & linen drop off to the dry cleaners, this can also assist in providing earlier check ins or later check outs where possible to our guests.
Please do not use the white towels, white hand towel, white face washers or other linen for makeup, self-tanning or other product removal as it may stain & permanently mark the linen. We have provided make up removal pads on case you forget to bring ( :
