Our cozy 1 BR/1 BA semi-detached condo is adjacent to wild and wonderful conservation land in the West End of Provincetown and is close to amazing beaches, bike trails, nature walks, and everything P'town has to offer.
Located on the main road to the beach at the edge of a pristine dune forest, it's very quiet and peaceful. You really feel like you're getting away from it all when you're here.
Yet, it's only a 10-15 minute walk to the West End commercial district (Boatslip, Joe Coffee, etc.), a little farther than that to the ferry at MacMillan Wharf and the center of town, and a 5-10 minute bike or car ride to pretty much everything else in Provincetown. We're also just a fifteen minute walk to Herring Cove Beach.
There's a queen-size sleigh bed in the bedroom, which also features sliding glass doors leading to a small deck overlooking the dune forest conservation land - perfect for your morning coffee.
We have a well-equipped kitchen with a window that looks out on the conservation land. There's plenty of cross ventilation and the 14-foot ceilings help keep things cool and breezy all summer, and central A/C and heat keep things comfortable year-round. Other features include (very) basic cable TV with Chromecast, washer and dryer, wireless internet, and off-street parking.
If you're coming to Provincetown to party, please look elsewhere. Our place is part of a small condo association - we all look out for one another, and everyone here values a laid-back and quiet atmosphere. So if that sounds like something you'd like to be a part of, you'll feel right at home.
We love this place, and look forward to staying here ourselves as often as we can. We think you'll love it too!
Some more important information:
• Please note that only weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) are available for the months of July and August
• Dogs are welcome with prior notice and approval. Please inquire before booking. (Maximum two dogs per booking. Sorry, no cats or other pets.)
• Verified AirBNB profiles are always required - see https://www.airbnb.com/help/question/450 for more details.
• I prefer guests with good AirBNB feedback and/or social connections, but if you're just starting out on here don't worry - I rent to newbies too :) Just tell me a little about yourself and your travel plans when you inquire and we'll take it from there.
P.S. - Since we started sharing our home with guests on Airbnb, we're happy to say that many of our guests have returned to stay with us year after year. We think that says a lot!
You'll have the whole place to yourselves during your stay, but I'm always easy to contact if anything comes up that needs my attention.
Please respect our home.
Please respect our neighbors.
Please respect our community.
(Oh, and NO SMOKING.)
There's more detailed info in the House Manual you'll receive when your reservation is confirmed. But as long as you keep the above in mind everything is likely to be OK :)
Keep the lines of communication and don't hesitate to get in touch with any questions, problems, or concerns before or during your stay.

Provincetown has been a part of my life for almost thirty years. It's really like nowhere else.
I'm originally from New York City but these days I'm lucky enough to split my time between Provincetown and New Orleans - my two other favorite places in the world.
Needless to say travel is high on my list of things I enjoy, along with spending time with my family and friends, photography, cooking, all things artful and literary, and Netflix binge watching. Not so coincidentally, they're all great things to do in our Provincetown place too.
I always respond to inquiries in a timely manner, so please feel free to ask me any questions about my place and I'll get back to you promptly. Thanks!
