Light and comfortable home built in the 1930's but renovated only a few months ago, since we just bought this house! Hopefully you will enjoy it as much as we do. Close to the city centre and a lot of nice pubs, bars and restaurants.
This was our first airbnb experience and it was a great one. The unit was exactly what we expected and the host was very accommodating and a great communicator. We had extreme travel delays out of our home airport due to a weather disaster in the US. Dionne was great about letting us slide our arrival to accommodate our adjusted travel plans. If we return to this area in the future we would stay here again. The train stop is so close and we had no issue getting around. The stores and restaurants near Dionne's' place were nice, clean and had what we wanted.
Dionne left us some stroopwaffls (traditional Dutch dessert), a bottle of wine, a note about the best places to go locally, and all the information we needed about the apartment. It was so so kind. This was the most incredible Airbnb I've stayed in and she was so kind and wonderful. The place was SO clean, SO comfortable - SO INCREDIBLY COMFORTABLE, the neighborhood is absolutely GORGEOUS and so so so so safe. So easy to get to the city from there and there is everything you need. Dionne was so helpful - she couldn't let us in herself because she was on vacation, so she had a friend let one of us in at 7:30 at night. She was so accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend this airbnb. This is the best airbnb I have ever stayed in and she is the best host. I feel so lucky we picked this one!
