If Playas were Manhattan I would live in front of Central Park. I have a greatview of the park across the street and six blocks west of the beach. What more could you want? Surfboard? Check. WiFi? Check. Comfy? Yup. Why are you waiting? I dont know..
I am an architect who is almost never home and travels a lot so my place is filled with books, art and knickknacks from my travels.
I have the most comfortable leather couch in my living room which is set up with Netflix so you can have your own mini-theater, you'd be sharing the apartment with my cat who is really shy and will only hang out with strangers if they win her over.
The best thing is that it is well conected to downtown and Zona Rio by public transport and its a short and cheap (usually under $10 USD) Uber ride from all the hip spots.
The whole apartment, kitchen (with all the basic amenities plus a slow cooker, a power juicer and an espresso machine :)))), Bathroom and Bedroom. I have a landline with a great international calling plan which includes almost anywhere (just check in with me before dialing strange and far off lands) and of course there's wifi.
I am available via phone, text, email and social media usually throughout the day (even when I am traveling) should I be unreachable, no worries my lovely (though more serious sister will check in with you).
Iam very open chill, progressive and open minded about anything.
But I DON'T tolerate messy and dirty people or illegal substances.
Lince my cat will be staying with you, so be careful of no letting anything open and unattended so she doesn't escape. I don like to leave her at a pet boarding house since she is so shy and does not annoy humans ever. If you cannot stand cats for any reason ping me, and I can arrange for her to travel with me.
