The house is bright and roomy with an open floor plan - 3 bedrooms are clustered on the south end and the other 2 bedrooms and nanny’s room are on the north side of the house with each cluster having its own living area. Colors have been artfully arranged to create that mid-century mod vibe. Each room flows into the other with easy access to the outdoor retreat. The house has been thoroughly remodeled and professionally decorated for positive energy flow and feng shui as well as lending itself to aesthetics and beauty. Each room has tasteful decor and art work. The kitchen in the heart of the house is well equipped for your culinary creations. There is also a big TV/Family room to gather for a movie, fooz ball or a game of poker. A day bed will comfortably accommodate one child in the office.
Your get away experience continues to the backyard with a full complement of outdoor furnishing, fire pit, sparkling pool, and a 7 person hot tub to unwind. The hot tub is always set at 100 degrees for your enjoyment anytime - each set of jets can be customized for your preference. Seating includes a double sized cabana, 8 chaise lounges, outdoor sectional sofa, cafe table and chairs, and a dining table for your enjoyment. Grill or smoke your favorite meats on the high-end BBQ then dine alfresco under the stars. End the evening with a cocktail while gazing at the star filled desert sky and getting toasty around the outdoor fire pit.
The house is over 2700 square feet facing westward with views of the mountains. It is situated on a corner 1/3 acre providing privacy and lots of elbow room. Every room has a lovely view of either the mountain, pool, or palm trees. The house is situated on a beautiful block with architecturally significant architecture.

There’s plenty of street parking in addition to the 2 spots under the car port. 5 cars is the maximum number of cars allowed at this property. The “Buzz” is a convenient shuttle that transport people in the down town area.
Palm Springs has strict rules regarding noise disturbances in its neighborhoods. Outdoor music is not allowed at ANY rentals and noise level must be contained within the property line. Citations will be issued for excessive noise.
We have a 1 (one) pet policy and your pet must be house trained. There is an additional $100 for the pet. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and if your pet creates a mess you will have to pay the related fee to clean it.
Pool heating is an additional $75 perday or $425 per week.
The primary renter must sign and list all occupants in the Rental Agreement and be at least 25 years old.
This house has not been child proofed. Renters are responsible for their own safety and agree to use this house and it's amenities at their own risk.
Guests have access to the entire house.
Our property management team is available 24/7 for emergencies. During business hours they are happy to answer any questions regarding the house or Palm Springs. They will meet you in person during check-in and check-out.
Renters agree to use the pool, hot tub, and all other equipment at the house at their own risk. Management conducts routine maintenance of the equipment on site but malfunction is a fact of life. Management will respond to any malfunctions asap but keep in mind on weekends, service may not be available. Smoking is not allowed inside the house or near the doors.
Glassware and ceramic are not allowed in the backyard as broken shards are impossible to detect under water and extremely dangerous. Please be considerate of others. Please inform Management immediately of any broken items in the pool.
Rental shall be used so as to comply with state, county, and municipal laws and ordinances. Renter shall not use Rental or permit it to be used for any disorderly or unlawful purpose or in any manner so as to interfere with other residents' quiet enjoyment of their residence.
Noise - The city of Palm Springs imposes strict noise restrictions. Police will come to the property and issue citations in order to protect all residences from noise pollution/nuisance. Renters will be provided with a copy the Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance No. 1918 for current guidelines and agree to abide by its rules. Outdoor music is not allowed at any vacation rentals in Palm Springs. This is not a party house. Any disturbance resulting in a complaint from a neighbor or police will result in a $500 fine and possible eviction without refund.
Parties/On-site Events - not allowed.
Maximum occupancy - Occupancy limits are set by Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance No. 1848. The maximum number of overnight guests (including the Renters) is 10 adults and 2 children under 12: day time guests (including the Renters) is limited to 15.
Swimming pool/hot tub - Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the pool or hot tub without adult supervision. Diving and jumping into the pool is not allowed. All doors must be locked during sleeping hours to prevent children from going to the pool unsupervised. Hot tub must be covered and snapped shut after each usage.
Breakables outside - no breakable drinking and dining ware, including, but not limited to wine glasses, bottles, coffee cups, plates, bowls shall be used in or near the pool or hot tub. Management has provided melamine diner ware to be used outside. Broken glass shard in the pool/hot tub is extremely dangerous and costly to remove. Renters will be charged a fee of $600.00 to drain, clean, and refill the pool and $200.00 to drain, clean, and refill the hot tub should there be evidence of broken glass, ceramic, or other dangerous substance as a result of Renters’ actions. Additional charges may incur if the pool/hot tub draining impacts the next Renters.
Kitchen - high temperature searing produces a lot of smoke and will activate the fire alarm inside the house. The BBQ is suggested for high temperature cooking.
A/C and heater - at check-out, heater must be turned off; in hot weather, A/C must be set at 88 degrees at check-out. Patio doors and windows must be closed at all times to prevent over working the air conditioner. Renters will be charged $20 per kilowatt for excessive electrical usage.
Smoking - Smoking is not allowed inside the Rental at any time. Any evidence of smoking inside the Rental will incur a $500.00 fine.
Pets - Rental allows 1 house trained pet. Renter is responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Any mess caused by a pet will be charged the related cleaning fee plus any additional fees should it impact subsequent Renters.
Bath and pool towels are supplied for your enjoyment but not for removing make-up as make-up stains can not be removed.
Toilets are sensitive - no flushing of anything beside toilet paper.
