This gorgeous, fully renovated English basement just steps from central Washington, D.C. comes with ample street parking, tile floors, full kitchen, and lots of space. The backyard is also spacious and guests are welcome to use the patio and deck.
As one of the greenest house in Washington, D.C. your stay in my basement apartment will not only allow you to enjoy a gorgeous, newly renovated space, but know that it's powered entirely by solar energy. You'll enjoy a full kitchen with all the sundries, three beds, and lots of room to roam, including a full backyard with grill.
Guests will have easy access with a custom code on the door lock.
I live in the main home area above the basement apartment and am happy to help guests with anything they may need. However, the space is private and you'll have little day to day interaction with me.
No smoking, no parties, no loud music.

My goals include making a friend from every country, creating some stellar work of art, and leaving a sustainable planet behind. I also believe in karma, both small and large. I am also Founder and Managing Partner of Ipsun Power, a solar and sustainability company operating in Washington (
