We have from 4 years costumer coming every seasons to the Cosy Country House.All the reviews are public.
We feel very sad that you give us no chance to take care about the "problems"at you describe(air condition,check in,comunication)
You actually never inform us about it.
First point the Air condition .The air condition is not include in the service of the House You never rent the Cosy with Air condition .
Second point the direction you can find on Airbnb as soon you get the booking ,and we have send you several direction with whats up on your phone numbers(actually your dfficulties to find the place is not something to do with the quality of a check in (actually we was waiting 3 hours for your arrival).
Third point comunication. We speack english and unfortunatly not french, you just speck french ,but this could not be a point to make a bad review.
At the last you say that the kitchen is not so well equipment.Why did not informa us about it ?You was there one week ,we could ,in case, help you.
Actually without sayin g that during your stay you give us no chance to help you.
