Our condo is bright, quiet and private. It sits on the third (top) floor of a small mixed-use building. Every living area gets lovely light. The home is furnished with care -- comfortable seating for great chats, lounging, reading or snoozing. We have a bright office space off the bedroom that provides a great place for catching up on work or study.
The living room sofa pulls out to a comfortable full-sized bed for up to two child guests. Our large dining table begs you to pull up a chair and enjoy a meal. The kitchen is stocked (our family are restaurant people) for your cooking needs.
The covered outdoor terrace provides ample space to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails.
Street parking is often abundant, but can be challenging during peak hours ( you may have to park a block or two away during busy hours). But most find they leave the car behind and enjoy the easy walkability or access to public transportation.

We recently relocated to another vibrant SE Portland neighborhood after years in our Central Eastside condo. Robert is a journalist and writes about the US electricity markets and I split my days playing with our preschool son and studying for my MSW.
Walking is a favorite pastime. We love to explore our neighborhoods. We enjoy cooking, eating out, traveling, drinking wine and visiting with friends.
We have been staying at vacation rental homes for many years all around the world and have so enjoyed the experience of meeting hosts and living a little closer to the culture we visit. Now we're thrilled become hosts to those who want to see what an amazing little city Portland truly is.
