Fully furnished spacious Apartment including Linen for the Bedrooms and Bathrooms.
Large Master Bedroom with Queen Sized Bed, Wardrobe and Chest of Drawers.
Fully equipped Kitchen with china and cutlery for 4 people and pots and pans. Additionally there is a Pantry for your Groceries.
Dishwasher, Microwave Oven, Electric Oven and Gas Cook top. Coffee maker.
Internal Laundry with Washer and Clothes Dryer. Clothes Airier is also available. Vacuum Cleaner, Iron, Ironing Board. Storage cupboard to house all the laundry products and extras.
Large wrap around Balcony with Garden Bed. Approx: 20 sq. m
North - East facing and lots of sunshine during the day.
Outdoor Table and Chairs for up to 6 - 8 people.
Apartment is in a Residential Complex over 8 Floors.
Lifts x 2 and NO stairs to climb. Apartment approx: 100 sq. m plus Balcony area.
Surf Beach close by at 100m. Grocery store at 800m. Bus to every where at 800 m.
Manly Ferry to City of Sydney. Walking takes about 7 mins.
Dining Room area with Table and 6 chairs.
Lounge area with Couch and coffee table. Large LCD T.V on the wall.
Air conditioner is available.
Bathroom with Bath, Toilet, Vanity Basin and Hair dryer.
Apartment is carpeted - new carpet. Framed pictures from the Impressionist Period on the walls. The Apartment has recently been painted in neutral colours.
There is a Security Garage for 1 x Car within the Complex. No storage.
The Weekend Markets are held every Saturday and Sunday.
Located just outside the Complex and on the next street corner.
This Apartment doesn't have any water views. Sorry.
The Utilities (Gas, Water, Electricity ) and 24 / 7 WiFi are included.
Outside BBQ with gas bottle - older style BBQ. BBQ is large in size however it is not a new appliance. Very reliable piece of equipment.
The Apartment has a dedicated Telephone Land Line for local calls. This has an answer machine and the phone is compatible with International Calling Cards.
A signed LEASE is required to stay in this Complex on your arrival. The Lease is part of the Body Corporate Rules.
The Complex has a set of HOUSE RULES which must be observed. This document is inside the Apartment as a reference at all times.
The minimum stay at this Apartment is 12 weeks. This is the ruling of the Manly Council and the Body Corporate of the Complex.
* Please note that this Apartment is not suitable for children 5 years and under. I do not provide cots and beds for grand children to stay over night. I do not provide a change table or children's toys. Sorry.
* My home is suitable for accommodating 2 or 1 persons, only.
* My home is for Adults.(URL HIDDEN)retreat.
* Extra Guests need to permission from the Owner.
* There is a Security Camera right outside my door watching 24/7.
* This is a Security Complex. Please do not break the Rules.
The raised high Garden on the Balcony requires watering every couple of days especially in the summer months. If this is not your thing then I visit to do this task. No additional cost.
The Guest has access to the whole Apartment.
There are no shared amenities in the Apartment.
Guests may use the Common Area which has the solar heated Swimming Pool and Spa. NO PARTIES.
Access to this is from 5am till 11pm daily.
There is a Gymnasium and the cost to use this Facility is AUD $60.00 for 6 months. No discounts for a shorter stay. Access to this is from 5am till 11pm daily.
Both these areas are located outside the Balcony Gate and takes less than 1 minute to walk there.
There are RULES regarding the use of the Common Areas and there are Security Cameras that cover this area 24/7. It is important to know the RULES.
NOISE to be kept at a minimum especially in the evening and over night and the early hours of the morning.
NO SMOKING allowed inside or outside the Apartment or any where on the Property / Complex.
NO PARTIES allowed inside the Apartment or on the Balcony.
On your arrival I meet you downstairs at the Entrance of the Complex or in Henrietta Lane at the entrance of the Garage area if you have a hire car.
The Apartment is on the 2nd Floor.
I provide an Orientation of the Apartment features. This takes 30 minutes and is a MUST. This is COMPULSORY.
I also provide a Tour of the Complex ( a must as there are many RULES ) to be followed. I also provide a Tour of the Local area to help you get to know your bearings.
I contact you via email or phone call.
I also visit monthly to say 'Hello' and to hear about the nice time you are having in Sydney.
I like to know what is not working in the Apartment and what other requests you might have / wish to make.
Whilst in Manly if you are visiting your children and grand children please note:
MY HOME IS NOT A CHILD MINING CENTRE.
I do not provide any items for children. The Apartment is a retreat for yourselves. Please be RESPECTFUL of my rules and wishes.
At the Manly Wharf is a local Tourist Information Centre which offers Brochures and other printed information and advice about Manly, CBD, Canberra, Blue Mountains, Hunter Valley Wineries etc. Fabulous service run by Volunteers.
Opal Card is available to purchase and you add $ $ $ to it and it can be used on Buses, Trains, Ferries. Top up is easy, quick and convenient. There is a no cash policy sweeping Sydney and so an Opal Card is a MUST. News agencies on the Manly Wharf or on The Corso sell the Opal Card.
There are recycling trucks that collect the bottles of the nearby Hotels / Pubs during the day. They access Henrietta Lane. This is a noisy time and lasts up to 15 minutes during the morning.
The Apartment Complex has a set of House Rules which is available in printed form in the Apartment. It is very important to be familiar with the HOUSE RULES of the Complex.
The Complex has several cameras within the Building and so Safety is taken seriously as well as Privacy.
On your arrival I meet you outside the Complex across the road at the Post Office and I provide an Orientation of the Apartment and the Complex.
This is a good time to ask your Questions especially about Tourist Attractions.
No Pets are allowed.
Smoking is permitted out on the Balcony area.
Parties and loud Noise is not permitted.
Additional Guests are NOT permitted to stay over night.
The Couches in the Lounge Area are NOT for sleeping upon.
A signed LEASE is expected upon your arrival. This is a requirement of the Body Corporate of the Complex.

The Apartment is a Holiday Rental facility which I look after and manage and take great pride in.
I enjoy being the Hostess and providing a comfortable, homely, clean and welcoming 'home away from home' for you to stay in and relax.
Travelling is a passion of mine and experiencing other destinations around the World has made me a better person.
Things that I cannot live with out include: Good Food, Live Music, Sunshine and Warmth, The Outdoors, Sporting Events and my Family.
I like being a Host as I like meeting people and hearing about their lives, stories, dreams and hopes.
When we (my Husband and Myself) travel together we like to stay in Cities and we like to walk around to capture the atmosphere of the location and to try and talk to the local people of that Town or City.
