Enjoy relaxing days in this authentic Cologne hide-away. Located only a block away from all the restaurants, bars and charming cafés in Cologne's original Südstadt neighborhood. 15 mins from Central Station, 10mins walk the to river banks, safe & quiet.
The place is my home and is only available when I'm out of town. Every items tells a story, making you'll feel at home away from home. Two rooms, a nice old fireplace that's still intact, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom. Couch, bed and dining table, it's all there for you to enjoy your time in Cologne.
You'll have access to the entire place, there are no doors in between (except for the bathroom, of course).
I will be available on the phone to answer any questions you might have. I will not be in town as I'm only renting this out when I'm gone for business or pleasure.

Please respect the neighbors and do not smoke inside. Do not use the fireplace - or ask me for instructions before.
My friends describe me as open-minded, versatile and generally interested in people and in the world around me.
I believe traveling is education. Quite simply put there's no faster, more fun way to learn about people, cultures, different values and perspectives than through a curious encounter with a stranger. For me traveling is about such encounters. That's why Airbnb has the potential »to leave a dent in the universe« (Steve Jobs). Staying at a stranger's house may irreversibly change the way you see another culture, its people and their values.
I worked at Airbnb Germany between August 2012 and January 2013 (see references).
