Nestled in a quiet cul de sac close to everything Boulder has to offer, our home is perfect for families or groups. With multiple gathering areas, there is plenty of space. Trails, bike paths, and parks are just a stone's throw away. Bikes available!

OVERVIEW: 5 bedrooms with top-of-the line mattresses & down bedding, fully equipped kitchen with everything a chef could need (blender, Cuisinart, etc.), park-like backyard with redwood deck, top-of-the-line BBQ/grill, hammocks, redwood play set, etc.
Our home welcomes you with a partially covered front porch, perfect for sipping your morning coffee in the sunshine. The backyard boasts a beautiful large redwood deck with multiple seating areas, a large well landscaped yard, and a fountain.
Stepping inside you'll find 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a wonderful kitchen great room with gas fire place and direct access onto the back deck, multiple play areas, an abundance of natural light, and a recreation room downstairs.
With a main floor master bedroom, the house offer accessibility to older individuals as well as privacy for parents. Upstairs are 4 lovely bedrooms including a room with a crib / toddler bed. One room also includes an office for guests that will be working remotely.
The bedroom layout is as follows:
- Main floor master with a king size bed (brand new all natural latex Verlo mattress)
- Upstairs Bedroom 1: queen size bed (100% natural latex) + toddler bed / crib with Naturpedic mattress
- Upstairs Bedroom 2: queen size bed
- Upstairs Bedroom 3: queen bed with antique sleigh frame
- Upstairs Bedroom 4: 2 twin beds -- day bed + trundle (all natural Verlo mattresses)
Back on the main level you'll find the great room, a separate dining room with large round table, and a play space with vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is well stocked with all the tools a chef could need.
The lower level offers a recreation room including a Lego building area.
For large parties, our home offers plenty of space to gather together as well as an abundance of spaces to gather in smaller groups.
Of interest to families, we are well prepared to welcome children including plenty of books, wooden and open ended toys, a learning tower, stokke high chair, Bruder trucks, MagnaTiles, amazing outdoor play set (climbing structure), etc.
Bikes are available for guest use upon request.
Our home is cleaned and maintained with natural products. We are health conscious and try to be as environmentally conscious as we can.

The city of Boulder licenses short term rentals. Our license number is RHL(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) and our home is licensed for up to 3 unrelated persons meaning that of the 12 people that our home sleeps, there can be no more than 3 unrelated persons. This can take many configurations: it can be one large family (we have hosted three generations in the past), a family and two unrelated friends, etc. Please let us know if you have questions.
We have snow shoes, bicycles and other outdoor equipment that you are welcome to use -- just let us know ahead of time so that we can set them out for you. We also have strollers, pack n plays, etc. They too can be set up in advance if you let us know what you need.
Guests have access to the full house with the exception of the garage and one owner's storage room downstairs.
We will welcome guests when possible and will otherwise let you know where to find the keys. 24-hour check in is available.
Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a letter with our suggestions in terms of restaurants, parks, trails, etc. We are also happy to email or chat on the phone ahead of time and to share additional recommendations to help you plan your stay.
Our home is located within 2 blocks of 3 different playgrounds including Boulder's Rock Park.
We are well equipped with snowshoes, bicycles, etc. Please let us know what you need.
Pets are negotiable and must be agreed to in advance. Our yard is fully fenced and there are plenty of dog parks nearby. Pet fee applies.
As of January 1, 2016, the City of Boulder charges a 7.5% tax. AirBnB collects this separately from guests after confirmation of booking.
Please note that a maximum of 3 cars are allowed: 2 parked in our driveway and 1 parked immediately in front of our home.
We love our home and ask that our guests treat it with respect and care. Please leave everything as you found it.

My husband and I live in Boulder, CO. We love abundant access to nature that Boulder offers including beautiful hikes and fabulous cycling. We love hiking, biking, skiing, dancing and traveling.
Doug works in technology and Dawn works in public health. We love traveling and have visited and lived all over the world. We look forward to many more wonderful trips with our new family. Our son is 2 years old and adores nature, building and anything with wheels.
