Suite access is by electronic door code. Each of our units is equipped with an electronic door pin pad. You will receive your personalized door code for your dates of stay once the host/property manager has confirmed your booking and a few days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Owner/Manager requires Guests to sign owner's "Rental Agreement and Terms and Conditions Agreement" at the time a booking is made. Photo ID and/or passport is required for all adult occupants staying in the suite. Owner/Manager reserves the right to cancel any booking reservation if Guest does not comply with these terms in a timely manner (within 3 days of a confirmed booking with airbnb).
Guest requests for late checkout must be made and approved by Host at least 24 hours in advance of departure date. Late check-out fees may apply. During high-season our suites are often booked solid and same day check-out and "new guest" check-ins later that afternoon are typical, so Host cannot always accommodate late checkout requests. A late checkout time up to 12:00noon is an additional $50 charge to guest. A late checkout time up to 5:00pm on the departure date is an additional $100 charge to guest.

*This unit is non-smoking. There is no smoking allowed inside the unit, on balcony, or anywhere on the premises. Evidence and/or odors of smoke in unit will result in full loss of guests' security deposit.
*The building bylaws have a NO PET policy for guests. We apologize in advance that fur babies are not welcome.
*One bedroom units have a maximum of 4 person occupancy.
*Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
*Noise complaints and or fines by management will be the responsibility of the Guest and may be withdrawn from Guest's security deposit.
*Noise complaints or unruly behavior will not be tolerated. Complaints by Strata, Management or frontdesk may result in guest fines and/or asking guests to vacate the unit/premises without refund of paid rent and/or security deposit.
*Pool & Hot tubs close at 10:00pm
*All amenities on the premises are for the use of hotel guests only.
*Unauthorized occupants are not permitted to stay in the unit past 10pm.
*This is a hotel type accommodation for nightly rentals. Pricing & terms are subject to change without notice. The owner reserves the right to ask any guest to vacate the unit immediately if there are complaints of illegal activity, unruly behavior and/or house rules and condominium building bylaws are not adhered to.
*SKIS & SNOWBOARDS: No Skis or snowboards are permitted in the unit. There is a ski storage room and free ski valet during mountain operating hours. Please be respectful of our unit rules and building bylaws which do not allow skis and snowboards inside the units or on the balcony. Management may issue fines which would be passed on to the guest.
*Security Deposit: Host presents this unit in perfect condition at the time the unit is available to Guest. If Guest wishes to note any sort of existing damage in the unit, Guest must email Host via airbnb upon arrival on the day of checkin. We have a two hour time frame after the checkin time to report any existing damage. All non-noted existing damage will be considered the fault of Guest and damages will be taken from Guest's security deposit.
