The duplex apartment encourages conviviality (living room on the ground floor) and privacy (bedrooms upstairs). The cabin (downstairs) has a window and fits 2 people (in bunk beds). If more guests want to enjoy this accommodation, 2 + 1 BZ high-quality BZ sofas allow sleeping for 3. The two bathrooms allow comfort for all guests.
A ski locker is also available for use in the building basement.

USE OF PREMISE
The number of persons may not exceed the maximum accommodation capacity (7 persons) specified in the description.
No Pets Allowed unless by prior arrangement with the owner
The tenant shall enjoy the apartment peaceably and will make good use of it in accordance with the facilities it provides.
No smoking will be permitted inside the apartment
The tenant has to use the ski locker for his skis and ski poles.
Apartment cleaning: The apartment will be clean upon the tenant’s arrival. The cost of cleaning after his departure is included in the price of your rental (except kitchenette and crockery).
Sheets will be removed from the beds and left on the floor.
All items mentioned in the inventory shall be returned to their original position as found on the day of arrival.
The tenant is obliged to maintain in good condition and to take good care of the apartment, its contents and its facilities and agrees to notify the owner immediately of any repairs made necessary by his actions during the rental period.
Internet use is regulated in the residence, Downloading must be done in a responsible manner so as not to disturb all of the other users under penalty of blocking of the modem. (unlock charged € 60). The tenant is responsible before the law for all downloads made during his stay.
The premises may not be used by other persons, except by the prior agreement with the owner.
The tenant is not allowed to sub-let under any circumstances, even for no payment.
The premises are leased for the use of temporary accommodation, and this excludes occupation for any other activities, professional, commercial, artisanal or any kind whatsoever.
The tenant shall not oppose the visit of the premises if the owner or his representative upon request.
At arrival: the tenant calls the local representative to make an appointment the previous day and at least an hour away from the resort. At his check-in to the apartment, the keys will be given and the apartment will be shown.
At departure: the tenant calls the local representative at least 24 hours before his departure in order to make an appointment for his check-out.
INSPECTION AND INVENTORY
The tenant agrees that the inventory may be made either by the owner or by the owner’s representative.
The inspection and the inventory of all furnishings and fittings shall be carried out at the start and at the end of the rental period by the owner (or local representative) and the tenant. The tenant has to check immediately the displayed inventory and to inform the owner of any anomalies.
If the inspection on departure cannot be carried out due to a time of departure other than the one indicated in the contract and not compatible with the schedule, the owner shall unilaterally undertake the inspection at the time initially agreed.
