Pot smoking is totally allowed inside the apartment. However, there is no cigarette smoking inside the apartment. If this rule is broken, there will be a charge of $150.00. Cigarette smoking is permitted outside the apartment. Proper removal of cigarette butts is required.
Keys are in a lock box for your convenience. You will need to return the keys to the lock box on your day of departure. Please note that there is a $175 charge for any lost or missing keys.
Pets are not allowed due to allergy issues.
Early check-in and/or late check-out are allowed, when available. There is a fee that is determined at the time of the request.
