Beautiful studio with everything. Comfortable bed, air conditioning and fast wifi. Very close to the bus terminal and train station and 10 minutes walk to Ortigia. The supermarket next door. Possibility of free parking under the house.
After the experience with "Lilia's house - Number One" we decided to create a second studio to offer our guests a warm welcome in Syracuse. The two apartments are neighbors in the same building. The result is a charming studio filled with all the conforts !
The apartment, which sleeps two is equipped with:
kitchen with glass ceramic hob, fridge, kettle, crockery etc.
Living area with dining table, sofa and TV
Bedroom area with wardrobe and bed very comfortable.
The bathroom is very nice and functional.
The studio is equipped with air conditioning and free access to the Internet via Wifi.
It is located on the first floor of an ancient building in Corso Umberto, who is one of the main streets in the center of Syracuse. In fact, this road leads to the historic center in 10 minutes on foot (Ortigia) through a bridge.
The main advantages are: ease of parking (the city center is a pedestrian), extremely close to the railway station and bus terminal. Close proximity to major roads to and from Syracuse.
For our guests we can suggest how to rent a bike, how to find a good local restaurant and ice cream parlor.
A few minutes walk there are supermarkets, bars, tobacco, cash.
A 15-minute walk you can reach the archaeological park.
Marco e Lilia
From 1 December 2013 the city of Syracuse by resolution of the City Council No.136 del 28/11/2013, has established the "tourist tax"
The tax is applied to non-resident overnight stays in the city of Syracuse and for a maximum of 4 consecutive nights.
The tax rate for this tourist structure is 1,50 euro per person per night.
My name is Marco, I'm an agronomist, play bridge and I love photography.
I am 54 years old and have a daughter named Lilia.
I am a very open person. I always carry with me my Ipad, my Pentax digital SLR with which shot all the time. I like the landscape photos. I drive many miles for work and leisure. My favorite destinations are the Etna and the area south of Sicily: Vendicari, in particular.
