Mario and Mr B were very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. They upgraded me to a spacious full size apartment (the 143 address) which was much appreciated. The space is very economical and nearby public transportation; grocery stores, etc. The neighborhood, however, is rather run down. Booking an Uber or Lyft is recommended to get around. Also, the neighbors can be noisy. One was yelling and cursing throughout the night on one occasion. Had a few bug issues as well. Overall, the unit is economical in relation to others around NYC. For that reason, I would recommend to others and book again.
When arriving the town is rough looking, got blocked in by other vehicles the whole trip other than the last day. Had to wait for communication between the host and other tenants to get cars moved. Still wasn't able to get the other cars moved. They did provide an uber and other rides to where we wanted to go. People were very helpful in cheap ways to get into the city. Provided a blow up mattress for us to use as well as blankets, pillows, and dishes. The hosts were very nice and helpful offering numbers and local information. Super nice people. And very accommodating.
Mario was an available and always helpful host. The apartment was really nice and spacious. Neighborhood is pretty urban, people seemed very nice. At least directly near the house. Great service and utilities available on site. Pretty close to the parkway. I had a good stay here I recommend it.
