There is a beautiful communal garden with palm trees and Mediterranean planting. Parking is under cover, in a cool area, vitally important in a hot climate.
Our agent will meet and greet you at the apartment upon arrival. Should you arrive very late, you will let yourself in and we will meet up with you the next day. Should you have any queries or need help during your stay, we can be reached via phone or email.

- • Our apartment is located within a mixed complex of all year- round residents and holiday makers, we therefore kindly request that you use consider your neighbours at all times of the day and night. • Please treat the property with respect so that others may also enjoy the accommodation after you. • Electricity. You have an allowance of 70 units per seven days. This is normally sufficient providing you do not run the air conditioning 24/7. A meter reading is taken upon arrival and at departure, and you will be charged for any additional kilowatt units used above and beyond your allowance. • Keep the apartment and all fixtures, fittings, linens/towels in the condition you found them. Any damage costs will be deducted from the security deposit. • No Smoking anywhere in the property including the terrace. Additional cleaning charges will apply if evidence is found of smoking indoors. • Do not sit on the furniture or bedding whilst wearing wet clothing/towels or sun lotion. • It is the responsibility of all persons staying in the apartment to conduct themselves in a reasonable and responsible manner. • Animals and pets are not permitted in the apartment at any time. • We cannot be liable for any act, neglect or default on the part of any person nor any accidents, damage, loss injury, expense or inconvenience whether to persons or property which you or other persons may suffer or incur in connection with the rental of the apartment. • To avoid injury, do not enter the apartment with wet feet. Tiled floors can be very slippery inside and outside on the verandas so please take great care walking around the pool area, garden and property in general. • Please note that this is a private property and there is no life guard present in the swimming pool area, children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult. • Please take all rubbish away with you from the pool/garden area and do not use glass containers/bottles at the pool area. • Please respect your neighbours; to avoid noise complaints and for obvious health and safety reasons it is prohibited to use the swimming pool after dark. • No loud music or noise after 11pm. • Please do not create excessive noise. Should guests in other apartments have cause to complain about noise caused by members of your party. this will be taken very seriously. A first complaint will result in verbal warning and €100 deduction from your security deposit. Any subsequent complaints will result in the immediate termination of your booking contract. • Do not move furniture around during your stay - the indoor furniture must remain indoors and the outdoor furniture must remain outdoors. • Quad/moped/bike/any other vehicle hire – guests who hire vehicles during their stay must consider the neighbours when entering or leaving the property (no unnecessary revving/racing/wheel spinning/causing any type of noise disturbance) • Rubbish must be disposed of on a regular basis. Please use the large outside bins provided by the entrance to the complex. • Upon your departure, we expect the apartment to be handed back in the same good condition in which it was found. All rubbish to be placed in the outside bins. Fridge freezer to be emptied and no food or waste to be left on worktops or in any rooms. All toilet waste/nappies etc to be placed in the toilet bins provided. • Emergency call outs Should you become locked out of the property during normal office hours (9am – 5pm, Monday - Friday) we will meet you at the property with a spare key to gain access. If you become locked out of the property outside the office hours you will be charged a €25:00 cash call out fee. please use the lock box to store your keys as this will avoid losing them. For security reasons, we will need to change the locks completely if you lose your keys. In this case a €60.00 in cash will apply.
