The amazing new renovation showcases the size and personality of the home. The honey coloured Baltic pine floors reflect the deep skirting boards along the wide hallway. High ceilings, large windows and stained glass feature windows give a feeling of grandeur and opulence.
The Provincial chef’s kitchen features pressed metal splashback and solid Tasmanian Oak bench tops and breakfast bar. The antique-look off-white Ilve oven has been artfully set into the original fire place.
Snug, carpeted bedrooms with queen size beds, quality linen and electric blankets cater for a good night’s sleep. All bedrooms feature huge, well-designed wardrobes. Desks in each bedroom allow executives to keep up with work commitments.

When you arrive the key will be in a key safe, you will be given a code to access the key safe.

Garage access is from Ascot St. You can park in "Ascot & Eyre's" driveways in Ascot St. Please do not park across the footpath at any time as a neighbour needs access for a mobility scooter.

•Parking – you are welcome to use the garage. If you park in the street, please only park outside this house (don’t park outside other houses)

•Central heating – please turn down or off when leaving the house for the day
•Please remove dirty boots before entering the house
•Green rubbish bins should be put out Thursday night in Ascot St
•If you choose to use the BBQ during your stay, please ensure you clean it thoroughly. A cleaning fee will be charged if the BBQ is left dirty.
•Strictly no parties and no animals in the house
•Please ensure any dirty dishes are placed in the dishwasher start the dishwasher before you leave the house
•Please put all rubbish and recycling in the green bins outside
•You are welcome to leave the key in the bowl with the information folder in it or, alternatively, you can put it back in the key safe.
