**Be aware, this is a basement unit in a very old house, as such the ceilings are quite low (approximately 6 foot 2 inches in the room, 6 foot in the bathroom). If you are tall, you may have to watch your head in some spaces. Be aware that there is one especially low spot moving from the bedroom to the living area (a low pipe).

I am a young professional with two cats and one small dog. I am renting a room that has it's own private entrance, bathroom, and yard access, so you won't be sharing any space with me. That said, I am glad to provide you with any recommendations or advice or anything you need during your stay.
Both yards, washer/dryer, and storage space in the basement
The co-host lives in the house upstairs but is often working or traveling, so while she is glad to answer any questions, face to face interaction time will be pretty limited.
Must be 18 or older. Please feel free to use both the front and back yards and the patio. There is roku television in the bedroom for your use. No bringing guests home, smoking, or lighting candles inside.
Additional $30 cleaning fee on top of existing $30 fee for pets
