Beautiful upscale home located on a pristine beach, just outside of Historic Haleiwa Town and a few miles from Waimea Bay. The home has been completely renovated and redecorated in a luxurious island style: vaulted ceilings, skylights, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a gourmet kitchen are just some of the the features. All bedrooms and common rooms have ocean views.

Enjoy the serenity of this unique location from the expansive deck, and watch the breathtaking Hawaiian sunsets from the large jacuzzi . Surf the famous surfspot, Laniakea, swim with the turtles right out front of the house, or paddle to Waimea Bay, an awe-inspiring ride away. Wonderful long beach walks are also available just outside the back door, stroll to the farmers market on Sundays or into town for shave ice.

The entire property is all yours! The house is a private, detached, single family, fenced in, beach front home with no other tenants on site.

We provide guests with a free app that includes driving directions, move in instructions, information about the house and loads of info about our island. We love to share our favorite recommendations with guests, and are available in the office 7 days a week to answer your questions. After hours we use an answering service in case you need reach us about anything urgent.

The state of Hawaii requires both the GET (General Excise Tax 4.712%) and TAT (Transient Accommodation Tax 9.25%) be applied to rent and fees, a total of 13.962%. The Airbnb platform does not currently give us the ability to itemize and charge these taxes accurately. We are in contact with Airbnb regarding this, and hope to have the issue fixed soon. In the meantime, after making a reservation all guests will be sent a separate e-contract with house rules, and will be required to pay the taxes using a major credit card. All guests will be required to sign a house rules contract and pay required State of Hawaii taxes prior to arrival. If you do not feel comfortable signing the house rules or paying the taxes outside of the Airbnb website please do not book online.

The house rules are standard, such as no smoking and no pets. One very strictly enforced rule is that we do not permit outside guests; all people on property must be registered. Our homes are intended for the enjoyment of our resident guests and not as a gathering spot for parties or events. This is in order to honor and respect the neighbors - we take pride in being great neighbors! If you would like more information about the rules please request a copy of our full contract before making a reservation.

Please don't hesitate to ask us questions prior to making a reservation, we want you to feel secure before booking with us. We urge you to read our profile, and search our company name online for more background info. We are members of the BBB, Chamber of Commerce in Honolulu and Haleiwa, and the VRMA. This home is absolutely stellar. I chose this place because I wanted a private beachfront "getaway" for my group of six and I'm very happy I took a chance on this one (it only had two short, unspecific reviews at the time). In my opinion the listing undersells the features of the home; the beauty of the home and its location very much blew us all away. The photos do not do it justice. For one, there's an entire second master bedroom, more modern than the rest of the house, that's not included in the pictures. The central area (living room, dining room, kitchen) are all one open-plan room, very spacious, and with great views. There is also a private enclosed driveway (a big help because the beach up the road draws a lot of people who park by the house). The driveway faces a horse ranch; though it's in the less used front of the house, it's quite beautiful. The view of the beach from the central area, rooms, patio, and both sections of yard is picture-perfect and unobstructed. The home is situated along an ideal stretch of beach: set away from the small crowd, yet facing an idyllic palm-lined cove, and close enough for some great people watching. Daily there were a handful of surfers and night fishermen who used our stretch of the beach, which was a joy to see. The beach access is ideal, just open the gate in the backyard and you're on the sand. The home is impeccable, very spacious and well-appointed. It's also quite private; there is no neighbor on one side, and the opposite neighbor's home is tucked away far from the patio and behind a fence and lush trees. We cooked and grilled nearly every meal and the amenities were a pleasure to use. My group included people in their 30s and 60s and it was a perfect choice for all of them. On the plus side there are no stairs (i.e., good for folks with bad knees), though the beach access gate could use some.

Hawaii Beach Homes is a family owned business located in Honolulu, Hawaii. We offer a small selection of beach front rentals on the beautiful island of Oahu. Our business started over 35 years ago when our founders fell in love with a beach house on their favorite beach, Laniakea, and were able to purchase it for their family when it finally went on the market. Friends began asking to rent their home when they were not using it, and then other friends began asking them to help take care of beach homes they had purchased. The rest is history.

We are a boutique vacation rental company, and carefully choose each property we take on. All of our owners are part of our Ohana (extended family), and our small staff has spent lots of time in each home. We know every house, beach, and neighborhood well, and love nothing more than helping you choose the perfect spot for your own Ohana. We understand that a trip to Hawaii is an experience of a life time for many of our guests. Our goal is to ensure that you feel truly at home, and that you are able to experience the spirit of Aloha.
