As indicated in the listing, there is no television - but good strong fast wifi (if there is any problem with this, please let me know because I am paying for unlimited wifi). Also, since it is so convenient to public transport, it is on a busy road and can be noisy - but I find the double glazed windows and doors block most of the noise when closed. There are also earplugs available in the bathroom cupboard.
Enjoy the space and leave it close to how you found it. Let me know if there are any accidents/breakages. It's usually not serious - I just like to know what I need to replace. Please don't stand on the cane chairs. No smoking please. Wifi is almost unlimited at the moment so it's good for entertainment - we stream music or tv programs (abciview or sbsondemand). Pets are possible by negotiation - but there is no enclosed area outdoors.
Hi there. I am an actor, singer, theatre producer, property manager, sometime event coordinator and breathwork facilitator. I write, direct and perform in theatre and music theatre. I love to fix up houses and recycle secondhand materials into beautiful and/or useful objects. I live in Central Victoria with two teenage sons and an honorary daughter, all of whom are gaining independence in their own individual ways. Also with 5 laying chooks and a dog. I look forward to meeting you.
