This cool flat is located in the Monti neighborhood in Rome, one the best places to stay while you are visiting.
The apartment recently been restored, so everything is new. It was designed by a well known architect and features many cool vintage 1960s pieces. There are lots of books, artwork and period pieces. In other words: it doesn't feel like your standard holiday rental.
The apartment is located on a very quiet street and enjoys bright sunshine. There are restaurants, bars and shops all within walking distance. Monti is one of the best places to stay in Rome since it's near enough to everything, but still quite.
The apartment is made up of one double bedroom, entrance hall, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The living room is furnished with a convertible sofa which sleeps two comfortably. Both bedroom and living room have doors, which makes this the perfect apartment for a couple, two couples, or a family.
There is a small balcony, with a table and two chairs, off the kitchen.
Please note: The apartment is located on the second floor (3rd floor American) and there is no elevator.
We don't allow smoking in the apartment, but there is a small balcony where you are welcome to smoke.
Guests have the entire apartment to themselves.
Either I or one of our family will greet you on your arrival and since we live across the street we are always available should you need anything.
The apartment is located on the second floor (3rd floor American) and there is no elevator.
The apartment is very comfortable for a couple, or a couple with a child. There is one bedroom, with queen size bed. The couch in the living room folds out into a full size bed, and so can sleep another one or two people. There is no smoking in the apartment, but there is a small balcony (with table and chairs) where guests may smoke.
