This accommodation was Fantastic!! Gennaro was incredibly warm and welcoming and very helpful with providing maps, bus routes and transport suggestions. I also really appreciate how Gennaro allowed me to use his kitchen and washing machine. The location was fantastic, close to the bus stop and the vatican, the only draw back its a little noise at night as the road is busy. Other wise, the pricing is fantastic and I would definitely recommend this accommodation.
I've been very pleased of my stay with Senore Giordano! His place was very clean, close to public buses and supermarkets. He was very welcoming and ready to answer any questions I had. There are a few bus lines in front of his apartment that leads directly to great attractions such as The Pantheon, St-Pete's Basilic, Musei Vaticani and such. Overall I was very happy with my stay and will come back without doubt if I come back to Rome.
Gennaro was a wonderful host! He was very accommodating, respectful and polite. We are 2 females in our 20s traveling, and we felt very safe and welcome. He provided guidance around the city as well as guide books for us to read (located in the room). His location is very convenient: 15 minute walk to the Vatican/St. Peter's Basilica, and 15 minute bus ride to the city center (bus picks up right outside of his door). His apartment his very nice and very clean, providing a light breakfast every morning, and we were able to use his laundry. The room is very large, with a king size bed, tv, large round table with chairs, love seat, and balcony. The kitchen and bathroom, which are shared areas, are fully equipped with all essentials for you to use and are very well maintained. He even prepped the coffee maker for us! We would definitely stay with him again in the future! Thanks Gennaro!
I had a wonderful eight days in Rome, much of it due to the great hosting provided by Gennaro. His place was very clean and the room was much larger than I expected or needed. Privacy is well accounted for also. As to the location, jt is about half a block from a bus stop that can take you into the city center. St. Peter's is close enough to walk to and you can easily travel the city on foot from there, as well. Gennaro was accommodating when needed - calling taxis, providing breakfast, and helping with other things - but also stayed out of the way otherwise, which was nice for a person unaccustomed to AirBnb. I recommend this place highly!
Gennaro was a good host, present and helpful. The room was large and airy, in the hot Rome summer. I appreciated having a television, and ample towels. The kitchen was available to me and a shelf in the refrigerator. It was an excellent place to stay, and I highly recommend it. Thank you. Ciao.
