The apartment has stunning panoramic views of golf, sea, mountains, Gibraltar Rock and the African coast line. There are four swimming pools on the complex. The main pool and a quieter private pool are adjacent to the apartment. The apartment is located on Santa Maria Golf, an 18 hole course which is one of the oldest and most picturesque golf courses in Spain. Within a few minutes’ drive there is a further choice of over a dozen other top golf courses.
The surrounding area, Elviria, is one of the most desirable areas of Marbella. Elviria has the best beaches of the Costa Del Sol and and is set under a backdrop of mountains covered in Unesco protected cork forest. Elviria has an enviable micro climate, the mountain protecting from winter cold, and sea breezes cooling summer heat.
The wide sandy stretches of White Pearl Beach are five minutes from the apartment. Marbella and Puerto Banus are a few minutes away, and an excellent road network allows easy connections to drive to La Ronda, Seville, Granada, and Cordoba for day trips. A wonderful location to explore all of Andalucia. Gibraltar and Morocco are also easily visited in a day.
Tennis and bowling green are available at Santa Maria Golf. An exciting climbing theme park, Amazonia, suitable for both children and adults to rope climb between the trees is located in central Elviria. Other family attractions within a reasonable distance include Tivoli World, Aqualand, Zoo park.. Summer months the beach offers fun boats for kids, and jet skiing/water skiing for adults.
For those looking for the glamorous scene, Elviria is the location of the world famous “uber trendy” Nikki Beach. Teenagers wanting to shop will enjoy La Canada Shopping Mall a short 10minute drive offering Zara, Mango, and many others.

We will not be at the apartment it will be for your exclusive use. Clare, our apartment manager will meet and greet you on arrival and check you out at the end of your stay. If you have any questions during your stay which she cannot answer, you can email us or call at anytime.

For late arrival - after 8pm, there is an additional charge of E30 payable directly to the property manage on arrival.

We provide a meet and greet service only. Our keyholder will meet you at the apartment, provide keys, and show you how to operate the security alarm.
We require a £200 refundable damage deposit and this is held by AirBnB and returned to you from AirBnB. It is your responsibility to check the apartment and let our property manager/keyholder know you are satisfied with everything. The keyholder will check for damage at the end of your visit at check-out time. Please inform her of any breakages and damages.
This is a self-catering apartment. A few basic items are provided in the cupboard. We ask you to respect the "etiquette" that if you finish an item (salt, pepper, washing up liquid, toilet paper) please replace so the next guest also has some basics and it is not necessary for short stay visitors to have to buy everything. We find it works well.
We stress and ask you to respect that you are renting someone's home, and not a five star hotel. The apartment will be provided in a clean state, it will be cleaned following your stay. It is your responsibility during your stay to keep the apartment clean, and remove any rubbish from the premises before the end of your stay. There is no maid service provided. If you require additional services we may be able to provide these at an additional cost, please enquire.
No smoking in the apartment please. You are welcome to smoke on the terrace.
The apartment is within a community of other apartments, and there are in line with local regulations community rules. The most important of these are listed in the apartment. The main points are:
Adhere to swimming pool opening hours and rules. Respect the lifeguard (July and August) and any requests he makes. There are 4 swimming pools, 3 are open all year round, the large pool is only open during the Summer in line with local council regulations.
No picnics at the pool. No music at the pool
Keep noise to acceptable levels in and around the apartment. No loud music. Please avoid wearing heels in the apartment as this makes noise on the marble floors to apartments below.
