Super spacious and light well appointed modern studio in the heart of Potts Point. Walk to Botanical gardens, CBD, Opera House. Loads of restaurants and bars between 5 and 10 minutes walk. Easy access to public transport.
The apartment is on the 9th floor and has nearly floor to ceiling windows. Sit at the breakfast bar or the dining table and peer out at the world outside. Open the window to drink in the atmosphere or shut it to hear very little of the hustle and bustle below.
The apartment is really comfortable, spacious and functional for a short or long stay.
It has a full kitchen and with a Woolworths only 5 minutes away you can cook, or simply mix up a cocktail before heading out to one of the local places to eat.
You will have access to the whole apartment. It is a security building.
I will leave a comprehensive list of things to note about the area and can provide email support, but will leave you in peace.
There is a communal laundry with washers and dryers downstairs. Washing takes 3x $1 coins and the cold cycle is 30 minutes. The dryers take 3x $1 coins also and go for an hour. I always leave plenty of $1 coins in the apartment.
It is quite convenient to use, the laundry powder under the kitchen sink.
There are also three Laundromats right near the corner of Challis Avenue and Macleay Street.
Please no smoking inside the apartment. Remember there are neighbours who like to sleep, but other than that enjoy yourself!
This is my first time Airbnb'ing and I'm excited by the opportunities it presents. I like to travel, but haven't done as much of it over recent years, something I plan to change. Airbnb gives me the option to go and experience somewhere else, whilst someone else enjoys my place.
I like to think of myself as an adventurer in life, I get excited by walking down a different street...wondering what it might hold. In truth I'm probably a lot more adventurous than many, but nothing compared to others. I like to return from a day of pounding the pavement to a hot shower, glass of wine and a nice meal.
I'm excited to share my place with others (well not literally share as it's a studio so guests will have it to themselves). I love this place, love sitting and looking out the window and wondering what's going on in the world. The view really is quite something. Whilst not water, the lights of the city and its surrounds glitter, and the nearby apartments hold the magic of other lives going on around the area. I look out and think about all of the amazing things I could go and do from here. It's all right on the doorstep.
