Ben Siesta is situated directly across the road from magnificent Blue Flag beaches of Umhlanga. This fully equipped, luxury 4 Star Graded, self catering (vacation rental) apartment offers you lovely sea views from the patio, the main bedroom and living area. The sunrises over the sea are absolutely awesome.
The apartment consists of a lounge, dining area and a fully fitted kitchen. There are three double bedrooms with a main en-suite and a separate bathroom for the other two bedrooms.
The apartment comfortably sleeps six guests with a King size bed in the main bedroom and twin beds in each of the other bedrooms (which can be converted to King size beds on request). Quality linen, bath and beach towels are provided.
Leading off the lounge and main bedroom are sliding doors onto the patio with lovely sea views. Sit on the patio in the morning and enjoy your cup of coffee while watching the sun rise and listening to the sound of the waves.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped including an under counter oven and hob, microwave oven, washing machine, dryer and dish washer. Alternatively, your laundry and ironing can be done for you at a small additional charge.
FREE high speed internet access is provided in the apartment.

The entire apartment is air conditioned (cooling and heating). 105 Ben Siesta is serviced daily except on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Guests have the exclusive use of the entire Self Catering Apartment at 105 Ben Siesta.
The communal swimming pool is for the exclusive use by guests.
We will gladly assist you with restaurant bookings, car hire, tours and safari expeditions.
On your arrival, we will meet you at the apartment to welcome you and hand over the keys to the apartment to you.
1.Check in time is from 2.00pm on the day of arrival. The apartment must be vacated by 10.0am on the day of departure.
2.No more than six (6) people are permitted to sleep or reside in this apartment.
3.Do not hang towels or washing over the balcony.
4.Do not feed the monkeys. When leaving the apartment please ensure that all doors are closed or otherwise the monkeys will come inside and can be quite destructive.
5.Do not set the air conditioning unit on a temperature of less than 20 degrees centigrade. Please ensure that all windows and doors are closed when using the air conditioner. When leaving the apartment for any length of time, please switch off the air conditioning.
6.Please consider your neighbours and keep noise levels down after 9.00pm in the evening. Loud music or a blaring TV is not permitted. No noise of any description is permitted after 23:00.
7.The apartment is serviced daily except on Sundays and Public Holidays. The washing of dishes, pots and pans is not included in the service of the apartment and a dish washer is provided for this purpose. It may be possible for you to negotiate a rate with the cleaning maid to do the washing of the dishes for you. This arrangement is entirely between you and the maid.
8.An inventory of furniture, electrical equipment, utensils, linen etc. that are provided in D3 Sea Lodge has been inserted into the Information Directory which will be found in the apartment. Please take the time to check this Inventory Form as you will be held liable for any damaged or missing items. Any missing or damaged items that are noted must be reported to us on the day of arrival.
9.This is a non smoking apartment and smoking is only permitted on the patio.
