The tiny home is built out of one of the the shipping containers with a main living area that has the kitchen, eating bar, laundry, bathroom, couch and tv and queen Murphy bed. Above the main area is a loft for sleeping, lounging and watching tv.

The tiny home is located in beautiful kanarraville Utah. Kanarraville is a small town in southern Utah that has open spaces with many farms and country living. The tiny home is located on a small hobby farm that has cows, goats, pigs and chickens. Guests are free to admire the animals from the fence lines. The tiny home is attached to a gymnastics gym that operates 2 to 3 hrs a day Monday thru Wednesday. The gym is off limits unless arrangements have been made with the host at an additional cost. The tiny home space is separate and private from the gym but is attached.
Location
The tiny home is located close to many of southern Utah’s natural wonders. World famous kanarraville falls is 2 mins away and offers amazing hiking through a slot canyon that was carved by a large stream. You will hike through the water up 3 water falls in the canyon. Also 2 mins away is spring creek canyon which is a hike to a slotted canyon with far less water but offers amazing beauty. 10 mins away you will find Kolob Canyon National Park which offers breathtaking views and many hikes. For the mt bikers Cedar City is 10 mins north and offers many amazing trails. Cedar city also offers all shopping and eating for the area. Zions National Park is 45 mins south and is world renown for its towering cliffs and beauty. Bryce canyon national park is 1 hr 30 mins north with a very scenic drive through Cedar Canyon that offers hiking and amazing sight seeing. Cedar Breaks National Monument is 45 mins north through Cedar Canyon with hiking and breath taking views. Brianhead is 45 mins north and offers winter skiing, summer mountain biking and falls foliage that will take your breath away with aspen and maple trees galore. Snow canyon state park is 45 mins south and offers sights that can be found nowhere else on the planet. Kolob reservoir is a 1 hr very scenic drive to an amazing mountain lake. St George is 35 mins south and offers sight seeing, hiking, shopping and lots of places to eat.
Sleeping
The listing says 2 bedrooms because that is the best choice I could find. The main area has a queen size Murphy bed and a pull out sofa sleeper, this is considered bedroom 1. The loft has 2 twin beds and a king bed, this is considered bedroom 2. The loft is accessed by a ladder that is located just off the kitchen area. All beds are new and comfortable.
Laundry
The tiny home offers a LG all in one washer dryer combo unit for you to do laundry. The detergent will be provided free to guests.
Kitchen
The tiny home offers a full kitchen but with smaller appliances. There is a counter top dishwasher, a double door counter top oven that convection bake, broils, air fry’s, toast and more, a microwave, counter top cook top with all pans needed for cooking. The kitchen is outfitted with all needed pots, pans, utensils, knife’s, bowls ect for cooking and eating. There is a Keurig style coffee maker with a verity of coffees, teas and hot cocoa provided.
Bathroom
There is a full bathroom that has plenty of towels, shampoo, bath and hand soap, lotion, hair dryer, toilet paper, makeup remover towelettes, and hand towels.
Outdoor area
There is a small patio that offers a bbq grill, and patio set for lounging and eating.
