Feels more like a house than an apartment, 40MB wifi, great art on the walls, designer furniture, amazing mosaic jacuzzi and multi room sonos music, massive living room, 3 bathrooms.
This maisonette is built over 4 floors, approx. 1600 sqft in Queens Park NW6 just 2 blocks away from the Park itself.
It has 2 sizeable double bedrooms available.
-BEDROOM 1 has a super-king size bed and is in the loft (4th floor) it is a very large bedroom with a view overlooking all the neighbouring gardens, other facilities include an en-suite bathroom, a TV and video. A wonderful room in the summer with the doors opening onto the roof where you can sunbake.
-BEDROOM 2 is located on the 1st floor, it has a double bed and is very spacious with its own private shower/toilet.
On the 3rd floor of the apartment you'll find a great mosaic jacuzzi with power jets, fantastic for relaxing after a long day.
There is a 52 inch TV with apple TV allowing access to netflix etc, also we have fibre wifi speed of 40 Mbps and a sonos music system throughout house which streams thousands of radio stations and spotify from your smart phone or tablet.
When renting my place it's a bit like a hotel, (spotlessly clean, fresh towels and linen provided) either myself or a friend will let you in and take you through how to use everything from the coffee machine, the heating and also the fireplaces, if it's winter it's easy to keep the whole house toastie even if it's snowing outside.
I'll provide up to two sets of keys and the place is yours for you and your friends or family to enjoy, simple.
