Dave, i thought you said everything was great during your stay? Disappointing to now read your Bed broken for 4 weeks comment? 2 spots had welds break from previous guest doing leg pushups against the top bunk. A month to repair the bed is not accurate, nor did this guest ever mention having any problems being able to sleep comfortably? Bed was repaired and caused no further problems during remainder of this stay. I took the high-road choosing originally not to publicly post Dave's lack of attention with hosts house rules; mainly the Cleaning up of his Grease Splatters from twice per day use of the kitchen and stovetop. This continued being ignored even after leaving notes and also a message on Airbnb asking him to clean the grease caused by his cooking. 5 days before checkout he finally cleaned his grease splatters from stovetop. Re: Internet, I've hosted approximately 11 stays in past 2 years and never had problems with my high speed WiFi.......until the day of arrival for this booking. Soon after he checked-in my wireless printer went down and that took hours upon hours of troubleshooting. Finally 3 weeks later, I discovered the problem and won't go into details or accusations here, but lets just say, the problems went away after creating a separate Guest Network for him to log onto. I was told by a friend with I.T. experience, based on what he'd seen, it appeared "someone" changed my router settings to 5GHz which caused the printer to go down. Printer only works on the 2.4GHz setting. All i know is Dave is soon to graduate from College with a degree in Computer Science, but was of no help or advice on how to Fix my wireless printer going down right after he logged into my network? So there's the explanation of the Internet trouble as I'd experienced it.
