Well designed apartment suitable for a couple plus single adult or child. The layout consists of a light open plan kitchen/living area, Master bedroom plus a smaller single bedroom/Study with single bed (cot-bed and high chair can be provided). The apartment is in a safe and secure area and within walking distance of some of the best bars, restaurants and shops Cape Town has to offer. Guests can enjoy beautiful views of Table Mountain from the exclusive use garden and relax around a braai in the evenings. The flat is newly decorated and furnished, offering guests a comfortable, well-thought-out space to relax in.
Guests will have access to a fully equipped kitchen (basics like salt & pepper, olive oil are provided), flat screen TV, DSTV (cable) and fast 10 mbps uncapped wifi. Exclusive use garden and off-street parking right in front of the apartment. The apartment is a 5 min drive from the famous Table Mountain, Lions Head, 10 min drive Camps Bay and other world class beaches and 10 minute walk from trendy Kloof street - where some of Cape Town's top restaurants and bars are located.
Guests are welcomed on arrival to hand over keys and explain the area, good restaurants and the general apartment up-keep and met again at check-out. Other than that there is generally no interaction and guests are left to enjoy their stay in private. However I am available 24/7 should you need me.
Although part of a block, this apartment has the added bonus of its own entrance and secure parking for 1 car right in front of the property - making it really accessible for guests to off-load luggage and safely park at night.
Guests staying longer than 1 month will be required to pay for their electricity usage.
- There is an additional charge of R150 for check-in's after 7pm - to be paid directly to the host or co-host at time of check-in.
- No loud noise, music or disturbances. Special consideration should be taken during the rest periods of 13h00 - 14h00 and 22h00 - 08h00
- Additional guests must be declared and no unknown persons are allowed access to the premises.
- If you loose a key, remote or security tag you are to notify the host immediately. For lost keys guest will be required to pay the cost of a replacement set - R600.
- No games, bicycle or recreational activities of any nature are permitted on any part of the property
A self confessed design junkie, I love to trawl though interior/architecture magazines, Pinterest and style blogs to see how people see and create their own living and work spaces. Well travelled and a London local for many years - time away from my home Town has made me see it through the eyes of a traveller again and I cannot think way of a better way show off this amazing City than to host guests while they take in the spectacular sights and scenes of the Mother City.
