Enjoy this beautiful 2810 square feet, three bedroom, three and a half bathroom, condominium located in The Cove in Park Meadows. The unit is five to ten minutes drive from Main Street, Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort, The Canyons, the Racquet Club and shopping at Kimball Junction. This unit has been recently renovated and repainted, with new furniture, appliances, carpeting and interior decorating. Beautiful mountain view from living room and front deck. Cozy, the ideal location for your ski holiday.
Our outdoor jacuzzi is directly accessible from the master bedroom and living room, looks out at the back of the property and is completely private and out of public view. Two car garage with remote garage door opener. The unit sleeps eight and is ideal for two families.
Bedrooms have their own private baths and there is an extra powder room. The beds are beautiful and comfortable (one king, one queen and two bunk beds). The kitchen is fully equipped. All of the appliances are new. There is also a spacious loft area with a desk for those in the family who may need to get some work done during the vacation. The unit has cable TV, DVD players and wireless and direct broadband internet access.
The community pool and tennis courts are directly across the street from the unit and the trailhead for Park City's mountain biking trails is immediately behind the unit.
Guests have full access to the entire unit. The community pool/hot tub and tennis courts are located in front of the unit. There is a keypad by the garage door. The unit has a 2 car garage and there is extra parking across the street.
The community swimming pool and tennis courts are located directly across the street from our unit and are open during the summer months. The Park Meadows Golf Course is right next to our condo complex.
More detailed House Rules shall be provided to guest upon confirmation of the reservation. By accepting this reservation Guest agrees to adhere to the House Rules.
PETS AND SMOKING
No smoking and no pets allowed in the unit.
NO DAILY MAID SERVICE
Linens and towels are provided. Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate but is available at additional cost. Towels and linens may not be taken from the Property. If Guest intends to use the community pool, Guest is requested to bring his/her own beach towels.
DAMAGE TO UNIT
Guest shall be responsible and liable for any damage to the Property caused by Guest, a member of Guest’s group or any invitee of Guest (including, but not limited to, carpet stains, cigarette burns, missing items, damaged or broken items, damaged electronic equipment, damage caused by pets)
Guest agrees that the Guest’s group will not exceed 8 occupants, including children.
NO DISRUPTIVE PARTIES OR GATHERINGS
Guest acknowledges that Host strictly prohibits any parties or gatherings that are noisy and disruptive in nature. Any violation of this policy will be cause for immediate eviction of Guest and all individuals in Guest's group. In such instance, Guest shall forfeit the full rental amount and the housekeeping fee.
Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while Guest or members of the Guest’s group or invitees are using the Property. Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of Guest, any member of Guest’s group or any Guest invitee. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guest and all members of Guest’s group and invitees are expressly assuming the risk of any damage or harm of any nature arising from their use of the Property, including the hot tub and barbecue grill. Host (or his agents) shall have access to the unit from time to time to service the hot tub, to carry out required maintenance activities or to show the unit to prospective tenants or buyers.
