An inbuilt reverse cycle air conditioner is in the main bed room plus a portable air conditioner for hot summer nights and an efficient gas heater in winter which heats efficiently the living areas.
Full Kitchen including oven, grill, microwave, toaster, blender, pantry etc; extensive laundry with large top load washing machine and dryer (plus Hills clothes line). Vintage laundry basket and peg basket too!
The house includes everything you need.
The total internal area is one level and has no stairs after entering (back and front doors do have a few steps) and hand rails on extra shower and toilet if you have an aged or handicapped family member.
You will have complete access to entire home, back yard, front yard, front verandah with outdoor setting and lock up 2 car garage and very large workshop. A front door key will be arranged for you.
Built in wood BBQ can be used in back yard or gas BBQ on the front porch.
Everything you need is there including linen and towels. If you have forgotten anything there are many supermarkets and specialty stores in Bunbury plus the famous Bunbury Markets open 7 days a week. We will let you have your complete privacy so there is no need for personal contact however we are happy to answer all questions anytime by either text and phone. Please try to keep within day light hours :).
This is a family home and very quiet but friendly neighbourhood.
It is wheel chair friendly once you get in the house as its one level and hand rails installed in second toilet and shower. Please contact me for any questions. Windows and both doors have lockable fly wire designed to capture the sea breeze.
Bunbury is proudly environmentally friendly with rubbish. Please take careful note.

No smoking. Definitely no parties! No schoolies. This is a quiet family neighbourhood.
Fire restrictions to be checked before lighting BBQ. If using gas BBQ please ensure to turn off gas and detach gas bottle when finished.
Please switch all power points off at the wall and check stove hot plates and oven is off when you leave.
