Master bedroom + couch in sunny home with 1.5 baths, bright kitchen, free parking, close to transit. Quick & easy access to all Bay Area locations. Fred the Cat lives here too.
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a new organic mattress. The house has one full bathroom and a half bath.
Enjoy a fully-stocked kitchen including all the spices and condiments you need to make a wonderful feast. I provide fresh ground coffee, a selection of teas, and some snacks.
NOTE: there is no television but I have lots of board games and, of course, Wi-Fi.
I have maps, books and brochures to guide you to excellent restaurants and bars, shopping, museums, hiking, wine tasting, cultural events, local favorites, and hidden treasures all around the Bay Area. See the "guidebook" I've created in this listing for a sample of my favorite spots.
NOTE: Fred the Cat lives here and will be in and out during your stay. No need to deal with a litter box as he does his business outside.
You'll have access to the entire house except for my bedroom, which will be off limits.
I live here full time and rent the place out when I travel. I'll be available off and on during your stay (I may be on a plane or in a different time zone) but will try to answer questions the best I can.
When you submit your request please let me know who's coming (ages, relationships), what time you'll be arriving and how (rental car, public transportation?) as well as the purpose of your visit so I can best anticipate your needs. I'll also need to know what time you plan to arrive.
Fred the cat lives here too!

I've lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for 13 years. I've spent time in Colorado, New York City, Washington DC, Boston, Nicaragua, Peru and Paris, and I've traveled all around the US and world. I speak fluent Spanish. I love showing off my favorite restaurants, cafes, music venues, hiking trails, stunning vistas, and hidden hot spots, and I'd love to help you have a fantastic stay in the Bay.
