I am really sorry to have to give a negative review but we didn't have a very good time here. First there were some pro's: The room was a good size, immaculately clean, great air-con and the en-suite shower was powerful. They also arranged for a tuk tuk to pick us up for free from our arrival point which was very helpful. If you literally need a bed for a stop-over and don't need any help at all with anything then this will probably be fine. However we did not feel welcome at all - this does not seem like a guesthouse/b&b. When we arrived there was no-one there at all except a few children in the kitchen at the very back of the house who seemed a bit scared of us. We walked in and smiled and waved, and one of the kids came out and opened a door to a double bedroom, then quickly hurried away again. We felt very uncomfortable, like we shouldn't really be here, it was a surreal experience. We were left to wander into the bedroom assuming it was ours. There was no info about how to get in and out of the house, whether we needed keys, no info about breakfast, local area, absolutely nothing. I went and asked one of the kids whether we needed keys and if the gate or front door is locked at a certain time. As others have mentioned no-one speaks any English - this is a HUGE issue, and translate apps really won't help. We kind of got there in the end but again just had to assume we didn't need keys and the house would always be accessible. The host's sister in law arrived a little later and knocked on our door to ask if we wanted to use a motorbike, then left. We didn't really see her much, but no-one ever seemed to want to help us in any way, so even when we did see her it didn't really make any difference. I have to say I am gobsmacked by the previous reviews - either no-one has ever stayed in an actual b&b or guesthouse, or people are just too nice and don't want to be honest. The location is also very bad - you are in the middle of lots of residential winding dirt roads - it's a good 25 minute walk to get anywhere and absolutely no tuk tuk drivers can take you home as they have no idea where it is. We didn't feel like we were welcome - we felt like we'd interrupted the home of a family who really didn't want us there. The atmosphere was always uncomfortable, and it just felt plain weird. I'm so sorry to leave a bad review - I've stayed in countless airbnb places and have never needed to leave anything negative, but I would not recommend staying here.
I'm sorry to see this comment. I retain all times the positives that are explicitly described in our housing supply (propretéde room, air conditioning, transportation to the arrival of the shower quality). the negative points raised: "The location is aussi very bad - you are in the middle of lots of residential winding dirt roads - it's a good 25 minutes walk to get anywhere and absolutely no tuk tuk drivers can take you home As They have no idea Where it is": it is for this reason that we offer for rent a scooter (much less expensive option than tuk-tuk ride). the location of the house, however, is known before the reservation, otherwise you have to question the system of locating Airbnb. On contact with my sister in law and my nephews: My nephews are aged 5 and 7 years, I think it's natural that they can still be shy. The usual alchemy has not functioned may be between you and my sister in law and I am sorry for this. As to question the previous comments .... (Were you present at the same time as the former host?) I concede that we still have to grow the capacity of my sister-in law to speak English. I will end with a remark about my home: a home stay is not a professional of the inhabitant of the hotel business nor him a tour guide.
